The End of Tolerance? Anti-Muslim Movement Rattles Germany

The following is a two part article published in the German online magazine Der Spiegel which discusses the current anti-Muslim movement occuring in Germany. Germany has long been open to immigration but with the rise of radical Islam many Germans are having second thoughts on continuing to allow Muslim immigration.

In light of end time Biblical events I see this movement setting up the coming clash between Islam and Europe. Immigrants should be looking to improve their lives and become a part of the country they immigrate to. Radical Muslims are looking to change the society of the countries they are immigrating to and care little about fitting in.

There is nothing wrong with immigrants who are coming for the right reasons. The current state of immigration by radical Muslims is very troubling.

In Britain we already see entire neighborhoods given over to Sharia law and self policing. This is only going to divide the country and create social problems. The Christian nations have forgotten who they are and have turned away from God. These events are wake up call.

I have felt for a long time that at some point there would be a backlash in Europe toward radical Islam. How long can these countries allow this attack on their culture to continue without some kind of backlash occuring?

In light of Biblical prophecy it seems inevitable that some kind of backlash should happen. It is now beginning. In the Old Testament we see God using pagan nations as a tool of chastisement on rebellious Israel and later Judah. Today we see God using radical Islam as a rod of chastisement on the western nations that have been falling into apostasy.

In the book of Daniel 11.40-12.13; Zechariah 12 - 14; Matt 24, and Revelation we begin to see a clash between the nations centering on Jerusalem and the nation of Israel. The King of the North appears to be Europe and the King of the South would be a coalition led by Iran.

This coming clash will usher in the great tribulation and the government of the person known as the Anti-Christ. What we are beginning to see in Germany is a coming European backlash against radical Islamists who would destroy the Christian nations from within.

As the west has fallen away from the laws of Jehovah western society has begun to decay from within. Radical Islam is God's warning to us to return to His ways and laws. As this apostasy deepens the reaction towards radical Islam is going to increase.

We also see anti-semitism growing in Europe. European Jews are increasingly growing restless and are beginning to immigrate to Israel in greater numbers. The link to the two part article below describes the current unrest in Germany towards radical Islam. This movement is only going to increase as terrorism against Europe grows.

I've read that many Muslims in the Middle East have been coming to accept Jesus as their savior as they watch the atrocities taking place in their countries by ISIS. We should continue to pray for their salvation and conversion to Yeshua. We don't hear much about this but God is alive and moving among the Muslims.

The Bible tells us a clash is coming between radical Islam and Europe. Read the articles in the link to understand how Europe is awakening to the threat to their culture. This is only the beginning of what is yet to come.

God has a purpose for His people during this time. This is the time for each of us to seek His will for our lives. We will be representing the Lord and His kingdom as this current world becomes dark. His light is going to shine in that darkness--and we are His servants. Now is the time to cultivate your personal relationship with Yeshua.

POPE CONDEMNS MUSLIM VIOLENCE

There is much more than what meets the eye in the Vatican's approach towards the Holy Land. Their real motive is to eventually administer the holy sites throughout the land.

Pope Francis used unusually strong language to condemn the actions of Islamists in their continuing campaign against minorities in Iraq on Sunday and called for an end to violence in the name of God. A high-ranking special Vatican envoy is due to leave for northern Iraq on Monday.

In his traditional Sunday blessing, Francis said the news from the country had left him "in dismay and disbelief". Without referring by name to the Islamic State (Isis), whose jihadists are largely responsible for the persecution, the pope deplored reports of "thousands of people, including many Christians, driven from their homes in a brutal manner; children dying of thirst and hunger in their flight; women kidnapped; people massacred; [and] violence of every kind."

He added: "All this gravely offends God and humanity. Hatred is not to be carried in the name of God. War is not to be waged in the name of God."

Iraqi authorities have reported that Isis has kidnapped hundreds of women and girls from the Yazidi religious minority after seizing the north-western town of Sinjar. Up to 100,000 Christians are thought to have fled for their lives towards Iraqi Kurdistan.

In an apparent reference to the US-led air campaign to deliver relief to the civilians fleeing Isis, Francis said: "I thank those who, with courage, are bringing succour to these brothers and sisters, and I am confident that an effective political solution on both the international and the local levels may be found to stop these crimes and re-establish [the rule of] law."

On Friday, the pope named Cardinal Fernando Filoni as his personal envoy to Iraq. Plans are also being made for a meeting in Rome, probably in September, of all the Vatican's diplomatic representatives in the region. The aim is to organise support for those who have been forced to flee the jihadists.

The 68-year-old Filoni is a Vatican heavyweight who was considered a candidate for the papacy in the runup to the election last year at which Francis was chosen.

At an earlier stage in his career, he served for six years as the Holy See's ambassador to Jordan and Iraq during the final stages of Saddam Hussein's regime.
Filoni was among the few foreign diplomats to remain in Baghdad during the bombing of the city by US-led forces in 2003.

The pope's spokesman, Father Federico Lombardi, said the cardinal would travel to Iraqi Kurdistan, where the majority of Christian refugees are sheltering.

In an interview published in Avvenire, the daily of the Italian bishops' conference, Filoni appeared to blame the deterioration of the situation in Iraq on the US-led invasion 11 years ago. "Since 2003, the situation has never improved," he was quoted as saying.

"I believe [Pope] John Paul II was right when he warned the political leaders at that time to rediscover the paths of a peace that was not [found] and for [the lack of which] we are suffering these consequences today."

The pope also discussed the fighting in Gaza, which he described as "a war that cuts down innocent victims and does nothing but worsen the conflict between Israelis and Palestinians".
He also mentioned the battle against Ebola, which has killed close to 1,000 people in west Africa, calling on his followers to "pray for the victims of the Ebola virus and for those who are fighting to stop it."

GERMANY STEPS UP FOREIGN POLICY

In October, Britain slunk ignominiously out of Afghanistan. The United States is also itching to get out. “The bottom line is, it’s time to turn the page on more than a decade in which so much of our foreign policy was focused on the wars in Afghanistan and Iraq,” U.S. President Barack Obama said in May 2014, sticking to his self-imposed withdrawal deadline of 2016.

But there is one country in no hurry to leave: Germany.

German Chancellor Angela Merkel wants America to extend the nato mission beyond 2016, German newsmagazine Spiegel reported on October 12, citing anonymous sources. Chancellor Merkel reportedly told a parliamentary committee that she doubted that local security forces will be competent by the time German soldiers are scheduled to leave.

Meanwhile, Germany is investigating the possibility of sending soldiers to Iraq. And the Green Party—one of the nation’s most pacifist political groups—has called for German boots on the ground in Syria as part of a United Nations mission.

America’s foreign policy is becoming increasingly disastrous. Meanwhile, Germany’s is becoming more assertive. As America retreats from the world, Germany is starting to fill the footprints it has left behind.

Policing the Middle East
Britain’s politicians may be trying to convince the public that Afghanistan is a job well done, but Germany’s are not. The best German Foreign Minister Frank-Walter Steinmeier could bring himself to say in an Oct. 12, 2014, newspaper column was that, compared to Iraq and Syria, “the results in Afghanistan are fairly respectable” (Frankfurter Allgemeine Sonntagszeitung).

But Steinmeier didn’t just denounce the mission with faint praise. He also implicitly campaigned to extend it. He warned against “hastily leaving the country, like the Americans did in Vietnam in 1975″—and have been prone to do ever since.

With Britain drawing its forces down, Germany could become the second-largest foreign force in Afghanistan. The German force has come a long way during 13 years of war there. Berlin began the mission as a finicky partner to the U.S., undertaking only certain missions and pointing to its pacifist constitution and reluctant public. Yet now Germany is America’s most dependable ally—the one least likely to cut and run. In fact, the Germans seem more dependable than the Americans themselves. It would not be inconceivable for Germany to stay put even after America adds Afghanistan to the list of countries it has messily left behind.

Meanwhile, Germany has sent a team to Irbil in Kurdistan to decide whether the Bundeswehr should deploy there to train the Kurds. Germany has already joined America, Britain, France and other Western nations in arming the Kurds, and has flown some Kurdish soldiers back to Germany for training. Berlin has deployed a handful of soldiers to Iraq to train the Kurds and is now considering a more substantial deployment. Steinmeier said he’d received “signals” from other European Union nations that they may be interested in joining such an effort.

Germany is also considering going beyond Kurdistan and training Sunni fighters in Iraq as well. On October 31, Chancellor Merkel said, “If we were asked, we would consider training Sunni soldiers, not just Kurds.” Merkel said the Sunnis had been “badly treated” by the previous Shiite-dominated government in Baghdad, oppression that has given Islamic State terrorists a strong following among Sunnis.

Overall, Germany’s foreign policy seems to be quickly coming of age. For example, Germany wants to confront the Islamic State and bring order to the chaos in Iraq—but not in such a way that hands the whole region over to Iran. Therefore Merkel suggests that Germany work with Iran’s Sunni adversaries. America’s shortsighted thinking means it usually focuses only on the crisis at hand. Here Germany is thinking of the future.

Confronting the Islamic State has support from across Germany’s political spectrum. Even the Green Party, which can usually be counted on to oppose any use of the German Army, favors the mission, given the right conditions. “[The Islamic State] can only be beaten militarily,” Greens parliamentary leader Katrin Göring-Eckardt told the Süddeutsche Zeitung on October 13. Germany “must be prepared to deploy the Bundeswehr in an operation,” she said. She was clear that she wanted a United Nations mandate for a mission—but still, for the Green Party this marked a rare call to arms.
Steinmeier ruled out any German deployment to Syria. But boots on the ground is not the only option. The Stiftung Wissenschaft und Politik (swp) think tank, which advises the German parliament, has called for the establishment of a no-fly zone.

Wise Restraint
Of course, a mature foreign policy doesn’t mean sending in the army at every sign of trouble. When it comes to withholding its military, Germany has also proved wiser than Britain and America.

In 2011, Britain, France and America led a military intervention in Libya, enforcing a no-fly zone in the air and deploying special forces on the ground. Germany, by contrast, refused to get involved. In many circles within Germany’s current government, that was viewed as a mistake. Immediately after the attack, Germany’s nato allies labeled it as “an unreliable partner,” and America and France lost trust in Berlin.

Now, however, trust lost has been regained. Look at the disastrous results of the Libyan intervention. Muammar Qadhafi was a brutal dictator, but at least he opposed radical Islam. His fall turned all of North Africa into a new battleground in the war against terror. Terrorism surged in Algeria. The West had to step in to prevent Mali being completely overrun. Radical Islamists gained control of some of Qadhafi’s advanced weapons. And Libya is still suffering under civil war—a deadly no-man’s land and playground for terrorists.

The whole region would be far better off had the West followed Germany’s lead, not America’s.

Grandmaster Putin's Golden Trap

The end game is quickly approaching. Most people do not understand what Putin is doing during this oil price depression. The trap is being set. Soon a new world reserve currency will replace the U.S. Dollar.

When Putin decides that the Ruble has reached rock bottom, or has endured enough disruption, Russia will buy back cheap Rubles in the market with massive amounts of USDollars.

Russia holds USTreasury Bonds in the tens of billions. Their next move will be to then flood the Western market with the surplus of USD, and cause a problem for the USFed which claims to have finished QE programs. The central bank will be forced to soak up the dumped USD en masse.

Very few people understand what Putin is doing at the moment. And almost no one understands what he will do in the future.

No matter how strange it may seem, but right now, Putin is selling Russian oil and gas only for physical gold.

Putin is not shouting about it all over the world. And of course, he still accepts US dollars as an intermediate means of payment. But he immediately exchanges all these dollars obtained from the sale of oil and gas for physical gold!

To understand this, it is enough to look at the dynamics of growth of gold reserves of Russia and to compare this data with foreign exchange earnings of the RF coming from the sale of oil and gas over the same period.

Moreover, in the third quarter the purchases by Russia of physical gold are at an all-time high, record levels. In the third quarter of this year, Russia had purchased an incredible amount of gold in the amount of 55 tons. It's more than all the central banks of all countries of the world combined (according to official data)!

In total, the central banks of all countries of the world have purchased 93 tons of the precious metal in the third quarter of 2014. It was the 15th consecutive quarter of net purchases of gold by Central banks. Of the 93 tonnes of gold purchases by central banks around the world during this period, the staggering volume of purchases - of 55 tons - belongs to Russia.

Not so long ago, British scientists have successfully come to the same conclusion, as was published in the Conclusion of the U.S. Geological survey a few years ago. Namely: Europe will not be able to survive without energy supply from Russia. Translated from English to any other language in the world it means: "The world will not be able to survive if oil and gas from Russia is subtracted from the global balance of energy supply". Thus, the Western world, built on the hegemony of the petrodollar, is in a catastrophic situation. In which it cannot survive without oil and gas supplies from Russia. And Russia is now ready to sell its oil and gas to the West only in exchange for physical gold! The twist of Putin's game is that the mechanism for the sale of Russian energy to the West only for gold now works regardless of whether the West agrees to pay for Russian oil and gas with its artificially cheap gold, or not.

Once the United States is financially crushed the prophesied events in the Middle East and Israel will begin in earnest. If we are following the Lord we should not be surprised as He is revealing these things to us through His Holy Scriptures. We who follow Yeshua will not be surprised by the coming chaos. Our survival manuel will guide us through the darkness!

Germans take to the streets to protest against 'Islamisation'

A new type of anti-immigration protest is sweeping across Germany, as thousands take to the streets against what they say is the growing “Islamisation” of the country.

The new protests, which began in the city of Dresden in the former East Germany, feature no neo-Nazi slogans and have nothing to do with the traditional far right.

Instead the demonstrators have adopted the old rallying call of the protests against the East German communist regime that brought down the Berlin Wall 25 years ago, “Wir sind das Volk”, or “We are the people”. They say they want to preserve Germany’s Judeo-Christian Western culture.

The protests come as Bavaria’s ruling Christian Social Union (CSU) is seeking to distance itself from a draft proposal for its party conference which said that immigrants should speak German not only in public, but at home as well.

Germany is now the second most popular destination in the world for migrants, after the US, and the country is struggling to cope with an unprecedented influx of asylum-seekers.

While Angela Merkel’s government has made clear it will block any attempt by David Cameron to curtail freedom of movement within the EU, the German debate over immigration has focused on those coming from outside the bloc, and on Muslims in particular.

Thousands have defied sub-zero temperatures to join weekly marches each Monday in Dresden under the banner of Patriotic Europeans against the Islamisation of Europe, or Pegida.

The protests were started by a local man, Lutz Bachmann, with no background in politics. When he called his first demonstration in October, only a few hundred turned up, but the movement has snowballed, and last week 7,500 came.

Pegida has inspired similar movements across Germany. Though the numbers have not been as high as in Dresden so far, marches have been called in cities from Düsseldorf to Munich.

Demonstrations against Muslim immigration in Cologne earlier this year turned violent, but unlike the far-right groups and self-proclaimed “hooligans” behind those protests, Pegida insists its movement is peaceful.

It has run into opposition, though: last week a counter-demonstration by around 1,000 people succeeded in blocking Pegida’s way through Dresden, and in the city of Kassel, counter-demonstrators actually outnumbered those who marched against immigrants.

Critics contend that known neo-Nazis have infiltrated the protests, while Mr Bachmann, who has called for “zero tolerance for criminal immigrants”, was forced to acknowledge he “has a past”, after a local newspaper reported he has a lengthy criminal record of his own, including convictions for burglary and drug-dealing.

He has been at pains to stress that he is not opposed to genuine political refugees, only to economic migrants who “take advantage” of the German system, and has no problem with Islam but is worried about erosion of German culture.

Germany to Send Troops to Iraq

A status quo Germany has maintained for almost 60 years is changing in response to modern-day security challenges.

Ever since World War II, Germany’s military missions abroad have been executed under a United Nations or NATO mandate—until now. The crisis in Iraq is compelling the German government to implement drastic changes in its military policy on foreign deployment. The German cabinet agreed Wednesday to send over 100 troops to Irbil, in northern Iraq, to train Kurdish Peshmerga fighters. If finalized, the plan would be Germany’s first major military deployment without any authorization from the United Nations or NATO.

The Peshmerga are arguably the most competent ground force fighting the scourge of Islamic State terrorists in Iraq.

Germany plans is to train the Peshmerga in minesweeping and in the use of specialized weapons and telecommunications equipment. If everything proceeds according to plan, the troop deployment will take place early 2015.

Developed by Defense Minister Ursula Von der Leyen, Foreign Minister Frank-Walter Steinmeier, Interior Minister Thomas de Maizière and Justice Minister Heiko Maas, the plan is a fulfillment of Germany’s self-imposed obligation to assist in the crisis in Iraq. “With Islamic State,” Steinmeier commented Wednesday, “sheer barbarism has returned to the Middle East.”

The proposal will be taken to Germany’s parliament, the Bundestag, in January for a vote for authorization, and it’s likely to pass because of the current government’s majority representation in the Bundestag. But the plan is such a major change in policy that it might also require a change in the German constitution.

The constitution of post-World War II Germany strictly restricted it from any military advancement that could be used to execute foreign policy. That is because Germany was responsible for starting both world wars. Taking a lesson from history, President Franklin Roosevelt and Prime Minister Winston Churchill jointly declared in February 1945:

It is our inflexible purpose to destroy German militarism and Nazism and to ensure that Germany will never again be able to disturb the peace of the world. We are determined to disarm and disband all German armed forces; break up for all time the German General Staff that has repeatedly contrived the resurgence of German militarism; remove or destroy all German military equipment; eliminate or control all German industry that could be used for military production. … It is not our purpose to destroy the people of Germany, but only when Nazism and militarism have been extirpated will there be hope for a decent life for Germans and a place for them in the comity of nations.

Germany’s belligerent history is the reason its post-World War ii army operated under strict constitutional restraints from foreign military operation. In recent years, some of those restraints were loosened when Germany beefed up its army and became militarily involved in the Balkans, Afghanistan, Uzbekistan, Turkey, Mali, Sudan, South Sudan, Uganda, the Democratic Republic of Congo, Djibouti and Somalia, among other places.

As troubling and controversial as some of those instances were, Germany participated in them only under an international mandate from the United Nations or NATO. Not so this time around.

Many law experts believe the proposed plan to send troops to Iraq will violate Germany’s Basic Law, hence the likelihood of the plan necessitating a change in the constitution. But Germany’s cabinet is advancing it regardless.

WATCHING WORLD EVENTS UNFOLD

It's difficult for me to watch world events unfold and be silent. I have some personal thoughts on the end times and YHVH's dealings with us that I will post in the coming weeks. At this time I will continue to share articles and links on momentous events taking place around the globe.

As I have wrote in the past it is important to watch what is happening in Germany. They will play a major role in the Middle East's upcoming wars. The word German means "War Man" and it is an accurate description of this nation. The Germans throughout history have been a great warrior tribe. I don't think I need to go into their recent history in the last two great wars of the 20th Century--you all know about that.

As the United States withdraws from Iraq and the Middle East at large, Germany in the name and interests of the European Union, is moving in to fill the void. They have no choice. European security is at great risk and Germany is the leader of the EU. As the Muslim atrocities continue to mount and threaten Europe's security we will see Germany step up and lead an EU military against them.

I cannot believe that at some point the citizens of Germany, and other European countries, will not take a stand against Islam in a powerful way. If they don't there will no longer be Germans, French, or Spanish countries--they will be over run by Islam. At some point there is going to be a backlash against Muslim immigration to Europe. (European history is full of clashes between Islam and Christianity)

Britain is a good example of a nation under assault. Their culture is under attack by Muslim immigration. Many neighborhoods in England have been given over to Sharia Law and Islamic governance. We in the West believe in tolerance and religious freedom but are being challenged in a way that is putting our civilization, customs, and way of life at risk. These immigrants are not interested in becoming citizens of the country to which they are immigrating.

Those who immigrate should be required to live according to the laws of the country they have immigrated to. This is not the case in our politically correct western countries. The pressure is mounting. Whether or not we like it our western Judeo-Christian civilization is under attack.

As our society continues becoming lawless toward God and His commandments our governments are also becoming lawless. We are moving towards the great apostasy that the Apostle Paul spoke of in 1 Timothy 4.1; 2 Timothy4.3-4; 2 Thess 2.10-13. The coming new world order is going to scorn true religion as we know it.

In this context we should be watching world events as they are leading toward this new society. God is using the radical Muslims as His agent of chastisement on the apostate western church. We have become lawless and He is allowing these lawless radicals to shake the apostate church. It is a wake up call.

In the coming years we are going to see the European Union and the Vatican unite to face the radical Muslims. The rise of Germany is the beginning of a coming EU military that will clash with radical Islam. Germany is the financial and military leader of Europe. In the coming years we will see a shaking out of the nations in Europe who cannot remain in the union due to their weak and ineffective economies.

The Vatican will be the uniting "glue" that will hold this union together against radical Islam.

We can see this coming about in the newspapers and reports of current events in Europe today. The next few postings will link up to reports of the things currently taking place in Germany and the EU.

The good news is that our God is moving events toward the return of Jesus Christ to this earth. When that event takes place the New World Order of Yeshua's Millennial Kingdom will finally be established in the earth! There will be true justice and righteousness throughout the entire planet in that glorious day!

GOD IS AT WORK IN THE MIDDLE EAST IN SPITE OF ISIS ATROCITIES

Atrocities by the Islamic State (ISIS) are softening the hearts of Muslims to Christianity, and evangelistic techniques and technologies are proving effective, but locally-based missionaries say the main reason for the spike in conversions in the Middle East is simply that former Muslims are finding God is real.

In war-torn areas of Syria and Iraq where ISIS is fighting to establish a caliphate, Muslim refugees to neighboring countries, Internally Displaced People and people remaining at home are learning about Christ from native aid workers, podcasts and broadcasts.

Tent churches among refugees are sprouting like mushrooms. For people who have suffered such deep loss, seeing that they can pray to a personal God whom they can call Father has been the critical factor.

“You can see the tears in their eyes when we pray – that God would care,” said the director of one ministry working in the region. “It’s the connection that makes a huge difference.”
Muslims who were previously taught to pray by rote to Allah, who by Koranic definition was unknowable, can feel the difference of having a relationship with God through Christ.

“They see that God can give you strength, can heal you,” said the director. “They say that things have changed, that they have a peaceful attitude towards those ‘who have done this to my kids, wife, or husband - I can pray about it and give it to God.’”

Former Muslims, who once prayed five times a day as a duty, say they don’t quite know how to describe the difference.

"They say, 'Now with our relationship with God, we see a huge difference; something has changed in our life,'” he said. "You can see it on their faces. They say, 'Every time we pray, there’s a difference.'”

The soul-crushing loss of loved ones, home and country that people have suffered at the hands of ISIS has helped open Muslims to the gospel. Another ministry director said Syrian and Iraqi refugees are more open to the gospel than at any time in history because of atrocities by ISIS.

“Absolutely,” he said, “because ISIS is saying that the things they are doing come from the Koran.”

Tailoring evangelism to the Muslim worldview has also played a part, and one way of contextualizing the gospel for Muslims, ironically, involves the Hebrew Scripture. Middle Eastern Muslims are familiar with the blood sacrifice and prophets of the Old Testament, and Christian workers build bridges with those references.

They talk about why Abraham was willing to sacrifice his son, animal sacrifice, and the meaning of blood in ancient times, Moses and the saving blood smeared on doorposts in Egypt, and then Jesus’ shed blood.

“So we go from the Old Testament to the blood of Jesus that saves us; 99 percent of the people I know will use this method,” the ministry director said.

The deity of Jesus and the Trinity, by contrast, are the most problematic issues for Muslims. Imparting these doctrines takes time, and although the director and his teams teach the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit, he said earthly teachers have little success.

“How do you convince them?” he said. “We were never able to convince them. Only when they read the Bible does it come, and then suddenly they say, 'Now I understand, I get it.'”

Many of those reached are illiterate and receive the Bible and message of salvation by radio – FM, medium wave, shortwave, satellite and internet radio stations – and by digitally stored media on MP3 players.

The cost of one MP3 player distributed by the ministry that is assisted by Christian Aid Mission is $30, and they are solar powered, eliminating the need for electricity or batteries.

Arriving in Turkey after an Islamic State offensive drove them from Syria, families in search of food and shelter are more open to an encounter with Christ.

The gospel is best presented one-on-one rather than in large groups, in order to head off security problems, though witnessing Christ to families of three to five members is also effective. Security, of course, is a huge issue. Last month a ministry director lost one of his team leaders in Syria, a convert from Islam who is survived by his wife and three children. He was beheaded by other relatives.

In Iraq another of his team members was beheaded after ISIS found out a member of a church had visited him. He left a wife and four children. Yet another Christian in Mosul, Iraq, was killed after ISIS learned that a U.S. photographer had visited him.

Christian Aid Mission’s Middle East director said the ministry directors and their workers are ordinary people in extraordinary circumstances who need prayers for safety and endurance, both emotionally and physically. The ministry director who lost team members last month spoke of their human frailty, even as they exercise immense faith.

“There are still workers there [in Iraq],” the director said. “They seem down. They are asking why is this happening to them when they’re doing what God is asking them to do? They seem depressed. The same in Syria. The main leader in Syria was crying on the phone. He could not speak. ‘I don’t know how people can do this,’ he said.”

One reason they’re killing is that they wish to stop the rapid spread of Christianity. There has never been a time when a greater percentage of Syrian Muslims, in-country and refugees, have believed in Christ than in the past three years of civil war.

“We all agree that it’s the greatest awakening happening since the beginning of Islam,” he said.

The ministries also distribute food, medicine and clothing, among other items – tangible evidence of the God of love. The gospel message of love is the greatest evangelistic tool that Christian workers have, the director said, concurring that the love of Christ compared with the hatred of Muhammad in the Koran is shocking to Muslims.

"When a Muslim reads about the unconditional love of Christ in the gospel and how He forgave the adulteress, compared with the stoning of an adulteress by Muhammad, for example, the Muslim sees that God is not vengeful, but a loving God," one of the directors said.

The first ministry leader added that the New Testament is about love, God giving Himself, and God wanting to be with you.

"That’s not something that makes sense in Islam, he said. "They’re shocked that God can be that good. They say it cannot be that God is so loving, so caring. It’s the love message that hits them the most."

A UN Timetable For Israel’s Destruction

The pressure on Israel to conform is mounting:

The Obama administration is shamelessly outsourcing the United States’ historic leadership in facilitating negotiations between the Palestinians and Israel of a workable, secure two-state solution to the United Nations and European governments.

In putting its trust in these two centers of anti-Israel sentiment, the Obama administration refuses to say categorically that it would veto a UN Security Council resolution setting some sort of deadline for the creation of a Palestinian state and Israeli withdrawal to the pre-June 1967 lines.

In the words of an unnamed senior U.S. State Department official quoted by Reuters, “These things are all very much in flux, it’s not as if we’re being asked to take a position on any particular Security Council resolution right now. It would be premature for us to discuss documents that are of uncertain status right now.”

Any Security Council resolution the Obama administration would agree to, which imposes pressure only on Israel to make more unilateral concessions for an illusionary “peace,” will serve to legitimize a United Nations timetable for Israel’s surrender to forces that wish to destroy it.

The Gaza debacle following Israel’s decision to unilaterally withdraw from Gaza in 2005 and give the Palestinians a chance to build a prototype Palestinian state illustrates the danger Israel would face from being pressured into more withdrawals at this time.

The Palestinian Authority leadership is pressing for action on just such a Security Council resolution as early as this Wednesday, according to a Palestine Liberation Organization official and Palestinian U.N. Ambassador Riyad Mansour.

The Palestinian resolution, to be sponsored by Jordan (a non-permanent member of the Security Council), would reportedly set a two year deadline for complete Israeli withdrawal from all “occupied” territories, although Jordan’s UN ambassador told reporters it was news to her that any action to vote on the resolution would be taken as soon as the Palestinians are demanding.
There is some speculation amongst UN insiders that a vote on a Palestinian resolution could be put off until early in the new year. The Security Council makeup will then be even more inclined towards the Palestinian position, because Malaysia will be replacing South Korea as a non-permanent member of the Security Council.

The Palestinians are finding a very receptive audience in Europe for their use of the United Nations to sidestep direct negotiations with Israel. As the tide of anti-Semitism is rising to the surface and spreading once again throughout Europe, a number of European countries’ parliaments have adopted non-binding resolutions calling upon their respective governments to recognize a Palestinian state.

A FRESH DIRECTION AND FOCUS

As we approach the end of the year I feel that I should spend more time waiting on the Lord and seeking His direction in 2015. I've been posting almost every day since Nov of 2013. I am not going to stop posting--but I am going to seriously cut the number of postings.

I will try to post a few times each month from now on rather than 26 postings a month. I will share whatever the Lord puts on my heart in those postings. I believe 2015 is going to be a critical year that will begin moving the world into the new order in which the influence of the United States will become seriously marginalized.

God is shaking everything that can be shaken. This is going to take some time to play out, but 2015 is going to be a tumultuous year in the financial sector of the western nations. I believe 2015 is a pivitol year for the financial changes which are coming.

In that context I feel pressed to wait on and seek the Lord in a more focused manner. We all get caught up in the things we are doing in our individual lives--and that is normal. Some times it can be a struggle to wait on the Lord.

I've been put in a situation where it is possible for me to wait on the Lord with fewer interruptions then most people. I would appreciate your prayers for guidance at this time.

Check back a few times a month and I will post as led. Thanks again for taking the time to read the blog. If you are new please browse through the various postings. I hope it has been a blessing to you all.

Blessings in Yeshua!

Is The Antichrist

From the Tribe of Dan? Some interesting angles

Please understand that the following is a train of thought that goes back to the early church fathers. It is not meant to disparage the Jewish people or present day Israel in any way. The Antichrist could be a mix of any race or creed. This is presented merely as one possiblity out of many and to stimulate discussion on the subject of who the Antichrist could be. Anything is possible!

1. Is He is a Jew?
Neither shall he regard the God of his fathers ...nor regard any god: for he shall magnify himself above all. Daniel 11:37

2. Is He is from the tribe/region of Dan?
We looked for peace, but no good came; and for a time of health, and behold trouble! The snorting of his horses was heard from Dan: the whole land trembled at the sound of the neighing of his strong ones; for they are come, and have devoured the land, and all that is in it; the city, and those that dwell therein. For, behold, I will send serpents, cockatrices, among you, which will not be charmed, and they shall bite you, saith the LORD. Jeremiah 8:15-17

"Dan shall be like a lion which leaps forth from his covert in Bashan." [Albert Barnes' Notes on the Bible]

"And Jeremiah does not merely point out his [Antichrist] sudden coming, but he even indicates the tribe from which he shall come where he says 'We shall hear the voice of his swift horses from Dan; the whole earth shall be moved by the voice of the neighing of his galloping horses: he shall also come and devour the earth, and the fulness thereof, the city also, and they that dwell therein.' This, too, is the reason that this tribe is not reckoned in the Apocalypse along with those which are saved." [Irenaeus, "Against Heresies," Book V, Chap. 30]

3. He is from the serpent's root.
Please note the context of Isaiah 14 is Lucifer's fall to earth in the end time [Revelation 12].
Rejoice not thou, whole Palestina, because the rod of him that smote thee is broken: for out of the serpent's root shall come forth a cockatrice, and his fruit shall be a fiery flying serpent... Howl, O gate; cry, O city; thou, whole Palestina, art dissolved: for there shall come from the north a smoke, and none shall be alone in his appointed times. Isaiah 14:29, 31

4. Dan means "judge" - Israel rejected their Jewish Messiah--Will they be deceived by a false Jewish Messiah?
And Rachel said, God hath judged me, and hath also heard my voice, and hath given me a son: therefore called she his name Dan. Genesis 30:6
5. Will be used by God to judge his people?
And Jacob called unto his sons, and said, Gather yourselves together, that I may tell you that which shall befall you in the last days... Dan shall judge his people, as one of the tribes of Israel. Dan shall be a serpent by the way, an adder in the path, that biteth the horse heels, so that his rider shall fall backward. I have waited for thy salvation, O LORD." Genesis 49:1,16-18

For a voice declareth from Dan, and publisheth affliction from mount Ephraim... I beheld the earth, and, lo, it was without form, and void; and the heavens, and they had no light. I beheld the mountains, and, lo, they trembled, and all the hills moved lightly. I beheld, and, lo, there was no man, and all the birds of the heavens were fled. I beheld, and, lo, the fruitful place was a wilderness, and all the cities thereof were broken down at the presence of the LORD, and by his fierce anger. For thus hath the LORD said, The whole land shall be desolate; yet will I not make a full end. Jeremiah 4:15, 23-27

6. Is missing from the 144,000 during the Tribulation
And I heard the number of them which were sealed: and there were sealed an hundred and forty and four thousand of all the tribes of the children of Israel. Of the tribe[s] of Juda... Reuben... Gad... Aser... Nepthalim... Manasses... Simeon... Levi... Issachar... Zabulon... Joseph... Benjamin were sealed... Revelation 7:4-8

7. Will worship a false god
They that swear by the sin of Samaria, and say, Thy god, O Dan, liveth; and, The manner of Beersheba liveth; even they shall fall, and never rise up again. Amos 8:11-14

8. The tribe of Dan's position in the camp in the wilderness
The standard of the camp of Dan shall be on the north side by their armies: and the captain of the children of Dan shall be Ahiezer the son of Ammishaddai. Numbers 2:25a...Dan became the very type of evildoing. He was placed in the north (Num 2.25), this being the region of darkness and evil (Jer. 1.14)..." [Singer, Jewish Encyclopedia ("Dan"), p. 423]

Note: In Ezekiel 48.1 Dan is given his land inheritance in the millennial kingdom. He is fully  restored. The above is only presented to provoke some interesting scenarios and discussion! The Anti-Christ could very well be a person of mixed racial and religious background.

THE ISSUE OF CHRISTMAS

Once we begin to consider the Hebraic roots of Christianity and the mixing of pagan customs into the church we reach a serious cross roads. Truth can be very discomforting. If we are seeking truth then we will be confronted with difficult decisions.

The issues of Christmas and Easter are major decisions we must face if we are going to progress and be prepared for the coming deceptions. It takes time to work through these issues but it is of the utmost importance for us to seriously seek the Lord concerning these holidays and their pagan roots.

Today I will provide two links which discuss this important subject. The first link is short and the second is quite long. They are both well worth your time and consideration. God bless you as you consider the truth.

Truth is, this becoming an issue, is not coinsidental. This is a major issue that God is putting before His people in this hour. It may be very upsetting to you--but God is digging deep into our spirit. God is truly calling out a people. Take your time--but don't run from this issue or trivialize it. This has great consequences as the days grow darker.

If we refuse to accept the truth God will allow us to be deceived.

"The coming of the lawless one is according to the working of Satan, with all power, signs, and lying wonders, and with all unrighteous deception among those who perish, because they did not receive the love of the truth, that they might be saved. And for this reason God will send them strong delusion, that they should believe the lie, that they all may be condemned who did not believe the truth but had pleasure in unrighteousness.  2 Thessalonians 2:9-12

ISAIAH 55 - A CALL TO REDEMPTION TO THE NATIONS

GOD'S INVITATION

¶ Ho, every one that thirsts, come ye to the waters, and he that has no money; come ye, buy, and eat; come, buy wine and milk without money and without price.

2 Why do ye spend money for that which is not bread? and your labour for that which does not satisfy? Hearken diligently unto me, and eat ye that which is good, and let your soul delight itself in fatness.

3 Incline your ear, and come unto me: hear, and your soul shall live; and I will make an eternal covenant with you, even the sure mercies of David.

4 Behold, I have given him for a witness to the peoples, a captain and teacher to the peoples.

5 Behold, thou shalt call a people that thou knowest not, and Gentiles that did not know thee shall run unto thee because of the LORD thy God and for the Holy One of Israel, for he has honoured thee.

This is an invitation to the nation and to every individual who has a desire to know God. Water is another way of saying Torah. Water comes from above and brings blessing to the earth--just as Torah, God's law is a blessing to man and helps us to grow.

God is promising a Davidic Covenant to all who come to Him--we all will have royal status!

GOD'S CALL TO REPENTANCE

6 ¶ Seek the LORD while he may be found; call upon him while he is near:

7 Let the wicked forsake his way, and the unrighteous man his thoughts: and let him return unto the LORD, and he will have mercy upon him; and to our God, for he will abundantly pardon.

GOD'S WORD IS TRUSTWORTHY

8 For my thoughts are not as your thoughts, neither are your ways as my ways, saith the LORD.

9 For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts more than your thoughts.

10 For as the rain comes down, and the snow from the heavens, and does not return there, but waters the earth and makes it bring forth and bud, that it may give seed to the sower and bread to the eater:

11 So shall my Word be that goes forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall be prospered in that for which I sent it.

We see rain as blessing again. It comes from above just as God's law (Torah) comes from above. It makes the earth bud and is bread for the eating. God is saying his promises always come true. God's word is going to have effect--it is going to create and prosper those who obey it.

COME OUT OF HER MY PEOPLE

12 For ye shall go out with joy, and be returned with peace: the mountains and the hills shall break forth before you into singing, and all the trees of the field shall clap their hands.

13 Instead of the thorn shall come up the fir tree, and instead of the brier shall come up the myrtle tree: and it shall be to the LORD for a name, for an eternal sign that shall not be cut off.

Once we come out of "Babylon" we will be filled with the joy of the Lord. We will be fully restored unto Him. The rejoicing of the earth is symbolic of our being restored to following God's Torah. We become loyal law abiding citizens of the kingdom!

GOD MOVES THROUGH HUMAN EVENTS AND HISTORY TO ACCOMPLISH HIS WILL ON EARTH

God accomplishes His will on earth throughout history by directing human events. A perfect example that is relevant to our time is found in Isaiah 45.1-13. In these verses we see Isaiah predicting the rebuilding of the first temple after the Babylonians destroyed it. God's instrument would be Cyrus king of Persia. Isaiah prophesied this almost 150 years before it would take place.

¶ Thus saith the LORD to his Messiah, to Cyrus, whom I have taken by his right hand to subdue Gentiles before him and to loose the loins of kings. To open before him the two-leaved gates; and the gates shall not be shut:
2 I will go before thee and make the crooked places straight; I will break in pieces the gates of bronze and cut in sunder the bars of iron:
3 And I will give thee the hidden treasures and the well-guarded secrets that thou may know that I am the LORD, the God of Israel, who gives thee thy name.
4 For Jacob my slave’s sake and Israel my elect, I have even called thee by thy name: I have surnamed thee, though thou hast not known me.

God is telling Cyrus that he will be God's instrument in restoring salvation to Israel. The whole world will know that the LORD is the God of Israel when they see this. The entire world will benefit from this restoration, as they too, will see the one true God of the universe and worship Him.

God calls Cyrus His annointed one--Messiah. God is going to restore His people to their land through Cyrus.
5 ¶ I am the LORD, and there is no one else; there is no God beside me; I shall gird thee, though thou hast not known me
6 that it may be known from the rising of the sun and from where it goes down that there is no one beside me. I am the LORD, and there is no one else.
7 I form the light and create darkness; I make peace and create evil: I am the LORD that does all this.
8 Release, ye heavens, from above, and the clouds shall pour down righteousness; let the earth open up, and let salvation and righteousness bear their fruit; let them produce fruit together; I the LORD have created it.

God is not giving Cyrus great victories for Cyrus' sake. Rather, the purpose of Cyrus' success is to liberate Israel and spread the fame of the God of Israel throughout the nations.

Notice that God says He has formed light and created darkness. Darkness is the created substance out of which light comes forth. God speaks and there is light. Creation took place in darkness.

God makes peace and creates evil. All that God made was good--but evil came forth. Why? God does not create robots--he gave men and angels free will. Free will gives evil an opportunity. God desires we put away evil and turn to His ways.
9 Woe unto him that strives with his Maker! Let the potsherd strive with the potsherds of the earth. Shall the clay say to him that fashions it, What doth thou make; thy work has no form?
10 Woe unto him that says unto his father, Why dost thou beget? or to the woman, Why hast thou brought forth?

The nations question and are surprised that God would choose a Gentile Persian king to restore Israel. God rebukes them for questioning His ways and means of choosing whom to work through.
11 ¶ Thus saith the LORD, the Holy One of Israel, and his Maker, Ask me of things to come; inquire of me concerning my sons and concerning the work of my hands.
12 I have made the earth, and created man upon it, I, even my hands, have stretched out the heavens and I have commanded all their host.
13 I have awakened him in righteousness, and I will make straight all his ways; he shall build my city, and he shall loose my captives, not for price nor for bribes, saith the LORD of the hosts.

God exhorts the nations/mankind to seek Him and His ways rather than questioning Him. He wants to share His plans with us and partner with us--we kick against the pricks and question.

The exiles will not have to pay a price to Cyrus for their liberation. God will personally reward Cyrus for this act.

How can we understand God's ways? In modern times He restored the Jewish people to the land of Israel through the horrors of the Holocaust. The Jewish people were kicking against the pricks--they did not believe that Hitler could do such horrible things. They refused to immigrate to Palestine. They thought they could integrate into European countries and that they would be accepted as citizens of the nations they called home--they were not. God moved them to the Holy Land through a terrible holocaust.

Why did Europe experience two devastating world wars? I believe it was because of their anti-semitism. They would not accept Jewish people as national citizens. They constantly harassed the Jews. The two terrible world wars were a judgment on Europe. These are difficult things for us to understand.

God knows that by giving us free will we have the seed of disobedience and evil within us. He does not want robots--He wants us to approach Him and yield to His wisdom and leading. He has established His law (Torah) and shown us how we are to live. The penalties for disobedience are laid out in Deut 28 and Lev 26.

It is man that brings judgment on himself. When we disobey God's spiritual laws then the consequences automatically begin to go into operation. Even in this God allows the consequences to play out very slowly--they do not always happen quickly. He gives us time to repent and change course.

When we look at the unfolding of history we see this principle working in human events. God is not some sniveling father. He allows us time. The laws are on the books and when we choose to ignore them we suffer the consequences personally and nationally.

The apostle Paul said, "We know that the law is spiritual; but I am unspiritual, sold as a slave to sin."
He understood the principle. When we sin the spiritual laws begin to go into action. When we repent, our judge, the Lord, remits the sentence.

If we are hard hearted than the law takes matters into its own hands. God is not watching us and gleefully waiting to judge us. He is righteous and demands righteousness--so does His law. He is waiting for us to call out and turn back--then we experience His mercy!

Our God is active in human events. All that is happening has a purpose and a definite end. God will achieve His will on earth in spite of mankind. We will all be much better off in the Millennial Kingdom to come. Until that day God is shaking the nations and preparing to be glorified in the earth.

In his heart a man plans his course, but the LORD determines his steps. Proverbs 16.9

THE FALL OF SATAN

Isaiah

12 How art thou fallen from heaven, O Lucifer, son of the morning! How art thou cut down to the ground, who didst claim the Gentiles as an inheritance!
13 Thou who said in thine heart, I will ascend into heaven; upon high next to the stars of God I will exalt my throne: and I will sit upon the mount of the testimony and in the sides of the north;
14 I will ascend above the heights of the clouds; I will be like the most High.
15 Yet thou shalt be cast down to Sheol, to the sides of the pit. Isaiah 14.12-15

Ezekiel

11 ¶ And the word of the LORD came unto me, saying,
12 Son of man, raise up lamentations upon the king of Tyre and say unto him, Thus hath the Lord GOD said: Thou dost seal up the sum of perfection, full of wisdom, and completed in beauty.
13 Thou hast been in Eden the garden of God; every precious stone was thy covering: the sardius, topaz, diamond, turquoise, onyx, and beryl, the sapphire, ruby, and emerald, and gold; the works of thy tambourines and of thy pipes were prepared in thee in the day that thou wast created.
14 Thou, great cherubim, wast covered, and I placed thee; thou wast in the holy mountain of God; thou hast walked among stones of fire.
15 Thou wast perfect in all thy ways from the day that thou wast created, until iniquity was found in thee.
16 Because of the multitude of thy trafficking thou wast filled with violence, and thou hast sinned; and I cast thee out of the mountain of God, and I cast thee unto evil from among the stones of fire, O cherubim that wast covered.
17 Thine heart lifted thee up because of thy beauty; thou hast corrupted thy wisdom by reason of thy brightness; I will cast thee to the earth; I will expose thee before the kings, that they may behold thee.
18 Thou hast defiled thy sanctuary by the multitude of thine iniquities, by the iniquity of thy trafficking; therefore I brought forth fire from the midst of thee, which has consumed thee, and I brought thee to ashes upon the earth in the sight of all those that behold thee.
19 All those that knew thee from among the peoples shall marvel over thee; thou hast been greatly disturbed, and thou shalt not exist again forever. Ezekiel 28.11-19

THE FALL OF MYSTERY BABYLON OR THE END OF THE NEW WORLD ORDER

1 For the LORD will have mercy on Jacob and will yet choose Israel and cause them to rest in their own land; and the strangers shall be joined with them, and they shall cleave to the house of Jacob.

2 And the peoples shall take them and bring them to their place; and the house of Israel shall possess them in the land of the LORD for slaves and hand maids; and they shall take them captives, whose captives they were; and they shall rule over their oppressors.

3 And it shall come to pass in the day that the LORD shall give thee rest from thy sorrow and from thy fear and from the hard bondage in which thou wast made to serve,

4 ¶ that thou shalt take up this proverb against the king of Babylon and say, How has the oppressor ceased! The city that covets gold has ceased!

5 The LORD has broken the staff of the wicked and the sceptre of the rulers

6 who smote the peoples in wrath with a continual stroke, he that ruled the Gentiles in anger and who did not defend the persecuted.

7 The whole earth is at rest and is quiet; they sing praises.

8 Even the fir trees rejoice at thee, and the cedars of Lebanon, saying, Since thou art laid down, no feller is come up against us.

9 Sheol from beneath is aghast at thee; it stirs up the dead to meet thee at thy coming; it has raised up from their thrones all the princes of the earth, all the kings of the Gentiles.

10 They all shall shout and say unto thee, Art thou also become sick as we? Art thou become like unto us?

11 Thy pride is brought down to Sheol, and the noise of thy viols: the worm is spread under thee, and the worms cover thee. Isaiah 14.1-11

A SONG OF THANKSGIVING AFTER GOD SHAKES THE NATIONS

Isaiah 12 Jubilee Bible 2000 (JUB)

12 ¶ And in that day thou shalt say, O LORD, I will sing unto thee; though thou wast angry with me, thine anger is turned away, and thou hast comforted me.
2 Behold, O God my saving health, I will trust and not be afraid for JAH, the LORD, is my strength and my song; he also is become saving health unto me.
3 Therefore with joy shall ye draw water out of the wells of saving health.
4 ¶ And in that day ye shall say, Sing unto the LORD, call upon his name, declare his doings among the peoples, remember how his name is exalted.
5 Sing psalms unto the LORD; for he has done excellent things; let this be known in all the earth.
6 Rejoice and sing, thou inhabitant of Zion: for great is the Holy One of Israel in the midst of thee.

HOW GOD CHASTISES HIS APOSTATE CHURCH THROUGH FOREIGN NATIONS

5 O Assyrian, rod and staff of my anger, in thy hand have I placed my indignation.

6 I will send him against a hypocritical nation, and upon the people of my wrath will I send him to take spoil and to take prey and to ready them that they might be tread down like the mire of the streets.

7 Howbeit he shall not think like this; not even in his heart shall he imagine this way of doing things, but his thought shall be to destroy and cut off nations not a few.

8 For he shall say, Are not my princes altogether kings? Isaiah 10.5-8

HOW GOD THEN CHASTISES THE FOREIGN NATIONS

12 Therefore it shall come to pass, that when the Lord has performed his whole work upon Mount Zion and on Jerusalem, I will come upon the fruit of the pride of the heart of the king of Assyria, and upon the glory of his high looks.
13 For he said, By the strength of my hand I have done it, and by my wisdom; for I have been prudent: and I have removed the boundaries of the peoples, and have robbed their treasures, and I have cast down as valiant ones those who were seated:
14 And my hand has found as a nest the riches of the peoples: and as one gathers eggs that are left, I have taken control over all the earth; and there was no one that moved the wing, or opened the mouth, or peeped.
15 Shall the axe boast itself against him that hews with it? or shall the saw magnify itself against him that moves it? as if the rod should rise up against those that lift it up, or as if the staff should lift itself up. Is it not wood?
16 Therefore shall the Lord, the LORD of the hosts, send among his fat ones leanness; and under his glory he shall kindle a burning like the burning of a fire. Isaiah 10.12-16

HOW GOD TRIES HIS REMNANT LIKE GOLD

17 And the light of Israel shall be for a fire, and his Holy One for a flame: and it shall burn and devour his thorns and his briers in one day;
18 and shall consume the glory of his forest and of his fruitful field, from the soul unto the flesh; and they shall come to be as a standard-bearer in defeat.
19 And the trees that shall remain in his forest shall be in number such that a child may count them.
20 ¶ And it shall come to pass in that day that those who shall be left of Israel and those who shall be left of the house of Jacob shall no more again stay upon him that smote them, but shall stay upon the LORD, the Holy One of Israel, in truth.
21 The remnant shall become converted, even the remnant of Jacob, unto the mighty God.
22 For though thy people Israel be as the sand of the sea, yet the remnant of them shall become converted; when the consumption comes to an end, righteousness shall overflow.
23 For the Lord GOD of the hosts shall make a consumption and an end in the midst of all the land.
Isaiah 10.17-23

TRUST GOD AND FEAR NOT

24 ¶ Therefore thus saith the Lord GOD of the hosts, O my people, dweller of Zion, be not afraid of the Assyrian; he shall smite thee with a rod and shall lift up his stick against thee by the way of Egypt;
25 yet from now until a very little while the indignation and my anger shall cease, to make an end of them.
26 And the LORD of the hosts shall raise up a scourge against him as the slaughter of Midian at the rock of Oreb and shall raise up his rod upon the sea, by the way of Egypt.
27 And it shall come to pass in that day that his burden shall be taken away from off thy shoulder and his yoke from off thy neck, and the yoke shall be consumed in the presence of the anointing.
Isaiah 10.24-27

WHY GOD IS ANGRY WITH HIS APOSTATE CHURCH

Isaiah 5:1-7Jubilee Bible 2000 (JUB)
5 ¶ Now will I sing to my well-beloved a song of my beloved touching his vineyard. My well-beloved had a vineyard in the horn of the sons of oil;
2 and he had fenced it and gathered out the stones thereof and planted it with the choicest vine and built a tower in the midst of it and also made a winepress therein; and he looked that it should bring forth grapes, and it brought forth wild grapes.
3 And now, O inhabitants of Jerusalem, and men of Judah, judge, I pray you, between me and my vineyard.
4 What could have been done more to my vineyard, that I have not done in it? Therefore, when I looked that it should bring forth grapes, did it bring forth wild grapes?
5 And now go to; I will tell you what I will do to my vineyard: I will take away its hedge, and it shall be eaten up; and break down its wall, and it shall be trodden down:
6 And I will lay it waste; it shall not be pruned, nor hoed; but briers and thorns shall come up there; I will even command the clouds that they rain no rain upon it.
7 For the vineyard of the LORD of the hosts is the house of Israel and every man of Judah his pleasant plant; and he looked for judgment, but behold oppression; for righteousness, but behold a cry.

 Isaiah 5:20-25Jubilee Bible 2000 (JUB)
20 Woe unto those that call evil good and good evil; that put darkness for light and light for darkness; that put bitter for sweet and sweet for bitter!

21 Woe unto those that are wise in their own eyes and prudent in their own sight!

22 Woe unto those that are mighty to drink wine and men of strength to mingle strong drink;

23 who justify the wicked for bribes and take away the righteousness of the righteous from him!

24 Therefore as the fire devours the stubble and the flame consumes the chaff, so their root shall be as rottenness, and their blossom shall go away as dust because they have cast away the law of the LORD of the hosts and despised the word of the Holy One of Israel.

25 Therefore is the anger of the LORD kindled against his people, and he has stretched forth his hand against them and has smitten them; and the mountains trembled, and their carcasses were torn in the midst of the streets. For all this his anger is not turned away, but his hand is stretched out still.
