THE BIG PICTURE UNDERSTANDING OF WAR IN THE MIDDLE EAST – JACOB’S TROUBLE - PART ONE OF THREE

Our understanding of the end times is much more serious than we have understood. It will be the worst time that ever has been for both Israel and the Christian community. This is a short introduction to some hard truth.

There is a controversy playing out in Zion that will have eternal consequences for humanity. It has been an issue since Elohim promised the LAND of CANAAN to Abraham. The current war in Gaza is a prelude to the end of our current age. This does not mean the end is NOW but this war is leading to the end which is also known as “Jacob’s Trouble” as written in the Holy Scriptures.

Hear ye now what the LORD saith; Arise, contend thou before the mountains, and let the hills hear thy voice. Hear ye, O mountains the LORD's controversy and ye strong foundations of the earth: for the LORD hath a controversy with his people, and he will plead with Israel. Micah 6.1-2

This controversy is about the LAND. It is a controversy that will test all hearts. It will and has already created division throughout the world. It is a sword that will separate the nations into sheep and goats. It is immutable and cannot be changed. God is God and He has spoken. He has ordained. It is the issue of the end times.

Jacob and Esau are half-brothers. Jacob represents the two houses, Judah and Israel. Esau represents the Arab nations. In Scripture. Esau is Edom the perennial enemy of all Israel (Genesis 36, Obadiah).

We see in Obadiah that Edom also prophetically represents the nations who are and will come against the State of modern Israel. Obadiah describes the awful conflict which the Controversy of Zion will create during the Great Tribulation. The book describes Elohim’s judgment on the nations at the end.

What many do not understand about this conflict is that the modern State of Israel at some point will be invaded by “Edom” and once again be scattered throughout the nations. They were invaded on October 7 this year. We will see if Israel will be victorious or seriously wounded. Whatever the outcome Israel is being seriously weakened and will at some point be defeated and scattered for the final time in HISTORY.

Yes, I know what many are thinking, “No way, Israel will never lose.” Scripture does not support this.

Deut 4.26-31 spells it out: I call heaven and earth to witness against you this day that you will soon utterly perish from the land which you cross over the Jordan to possess; you will not prolong your days in it, but will be utterly destroyed. And the LORD will scatter you among the peoples, and you will be left few in number among the nations where the LORD will drive you… When you are in distress, and all these things come upon you in the latter days, when you turn to the LORD your God and obey His voice (for the LORD your God is a merciful God), He will not forsake you nor destroy you, nor forget the covenant of your fathers which He swore to them.

The above scripture is the result of disobedience of Elohim’s people. When they followed strange gods and forsook the Torah Laws this was allowed as chastisement. The current State of Israel has not accepted their Messiah Yeshua, they are politically divided, and Tel Aviv is promoted as the “Gay Capital of the World” to just mention a few examples. They are nothing like the future Nation/Israel/Jerusalem will be like as described in scriptures.

Their Elohim has NOT given up on them. He is displeased but He has also promised he will deliver them in the time of Jacob’s Trouble! This is Elohim’s eternal promise to Judah and Ephraim. This is the final judgment/chastisement upon Elohim’s people. This is the scriptural pattern of chastisement, judgment, repentance, and restoration. In this case it will reveal God’s glory, power, and Kingship to all Nations.

If you understand that we as believers are grafted into Israel you know what I’m saying. The Jews are Judah, Ephraim consists of lost 10 tribes and gentiles. These comprise the two houses—Judah and Ephraim. This blog covers these issues in great detail. God is going to deliver ALL ISRAEL (Ezekiel 28.15-28).

The world and most of the “Christian” community do not understand this. If we are grafted into Israel this includes you. This is why it is important to understand the Holy Scriptures from a Hebraic foundation. Christianity created their own interpretations and religion. The vast majority have no understanding of these things.

We must understand our Hebrew foundations, the feasts of the Lord, and to whom Yeshua was speaking in the Gospels. Many are awakening to the truth is these critical times.

We can look at the entire chapter of Zechariah 12 for further confirmation of this controversy:  

“The burden of the word of the LORD upon Israel, said the LORD, who stretches forth the heavens and lays the foundation of the earth and forms the spirit of man within him.

Behold, I place Jerusalem as a cup of poison unto all the peoples round about and also unto those of Judah who shall be in the siege against Jerusalem. And it shall be that in that day I will make Jerusalem a burdensome stone unto all peoples; all that burden themselves with it shall be cut in pieces, and all the Gentiles of the earth shall gather themselves together against her. Verses 2-3

The rest of Zechariah 12 describes how the LORD will save Jerusalem in that day. If He has to save them they are oppressed and down trodden. The truth is the State of Israel will lose the final conflict which then leads to the reign of the Anti-Christ who hates the Jewish nation---AND the Christians who support Israel! We will be targets.

Look at Ezekiel 20.33-42 - “As I live,” says the Lord GOD, “surely with a mighty hand, with an outstretched arm, and with fury poured out, I will rule over you. I will bring you out from the peoples and gather you out of the countries where you are scattered, with a mighty hand, with an outstretched arm, and with fury poured out.  And I will bring you into the wilderness of the peoples, and there I will plead My case with you face to face.  Just as I pleaded My case with your fathers in the wilderness of the land of Egypt, so I will plead My case with you,” says the Lord GOD.

This is an end time prophecy to Elohim’s people! Ezekiel continues:

“I will make you pass under the rod, and I will bring you into the bond of the covenant; I will purge the rebels from among you, and those who transgress against Me; I will bring them out of the country where they dwell, but they shall not enter the land of Israel. Then you will know that I am the LORD.

“As for you, O house of Israel,” thus says the Lord GOD: “Go, serve every one of you his idols—and hereafter—if you will not obey Me; but profane My holy name no more with your gifts and your idols. For on My holy mountain, on the mountain height of Israel,” says the Lord GOD, “there all the house of Israel, all of them in the land, shall serve Me; there I will accept them, and there I will require your offerings and the firstfruits of your sacrifices, together with all your holy things. I will accept you as a sweet aroma when I bring you out from the peoples and gather you out of the countries where you have been scattered; and I will be hallowed in you before the Gentiles. Then you shall know that I am the LORD, when I bring you into the land of Israel, into the country for which I raised My hand in an oath to give to your fathers.

It is important for us to remember that ALL prophecy is dual. It can apply to future generations as well as past. Yeshua did exactly that when the Apostles asked him about the end of the world in Matthew 24.15-22:

Therefore, when ye see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, which shall stand in the holy place (whosoever reads, let him understand), then let those who are in Judaea flee into the mountains; let him who is on the housetop not come down to take anything out of his house, neither let him who is in the field return back to take his clothes.

And woe unto those that are with child and to those that give suck in those days! But pray ye that your flight be not in the winter neither on the Sabbath day, for then shall be great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be. And if those days were not shortened, no flesh would be saved; but for the elect’s sake those days shall be shortened.

The Apostles asked what shall be the signs of your coming and the end of the world. Yeshua spoke a dual prophecy to them. He answered their end time question and was also warning them about the coming destruction of the temple. When the temple was destroyed in 70 AD those who followed and obeyed Yeshua fled to the mountains.

The key here is that the Apostles asked about the end of the world. Let the Bible interpret itself. He told them by referring to Daniel’s prophecy (Daniel 11.21-12.13). Daniel’s vision was for the end time period of the Anti-Christ who will take over the temple and declare himself GOD. It is the 7 year tribulation. The abomination takes place at the half way point of the tribulation.

Prayerfully read Isaiah 4, 6, 11. Note Isaiah 4.4-

When the Lord shall have washed away the filth of the daughters of Zion and shall have purged the blood of Jerusalem from the midst thereof by the spirit of judgment and by the spirit of burning.

The Nation of Israel (United House of Judah and Ephraim) will be washed and purged. This will occur after the final invasion of the modern State of Israel, their scattering, and FINAL return to the LAND at the end of this age. They are being washed and purged after their final chastisement and acceptance of Messiah as in Zechariah 12. Yes, Yeshua is going to come and save all Israel (Read Romans 9 thru 11) after the Anti-Christ and the nations attempt to annihilate the Jewish people for the final time.

Brothers and Sisters this is what the entire end time is about! The Adversary, haSatan, wants to annihilate God’s people once and for all time and rule this world! The Anti-Christ and the nations are going to persecute ALL ISRAEL and those who support them.

The main stream Christian community thinks they will be raptured out! NO. They will be required to show their love and sacrifice to the persecuted Jews. That is the ultimate purpose of whom the world calls “Christians” during the tribulation. Ironic, isn’t it? The Jews have been persecuted by “Christians” for centuries.

At the end of this age EDOM will invade Israel and seek to destroy her. The Jews will flee to the ends of the earth to escape and we who have been grafted into the “Commonwealth of Israel” will suffer for assisting them. Identification with the Jews will be painful, BUT if we persevere in our love toward them many of them will be moved to faith in Messiah! Corrie ten Boom was an example of such a person during the Second World War.

This is a hard word. This is a short introduction to what is to come. In summary:

The issue of the LAND is the basis of the dispute. The people of the land (‘am ha’aretz) will be the target.

This causes the Nations to rage (Psalm2)

Final eschatological fulfillment is still to come:  And I heard the Man clothed in linens, who was upon the waters of the river, who raised his right hand and his left hand unto heaven, and swore by the living one in the ages that it shall be for a time, times, and a half; and when the scattering of the power of the holy people shall be finished, all these things shall be fulfilled. Dan 12.7

Daniel 11.21-12.13 is an outline of the 7 year tribulation when these things occur: Many shall be purified and made white and purged, but the wicked shall get worse; and none of the wicked shall understand, but the wise shall understand. Dan 12.10 We are wise if we understand.

Elohim will use the issue of the LAND and people of the modern State of Israel to test the hearts of all humanity at the end of this age. This will result in final judgment of the nations into sheep and goats. Yeshua will return to save all Israel whom has survived the tribulation. The Millennial Kingdom Age will commence with peace for a thousand years.

The goat nations will rebel one final time prior to the White Throne Judgment and the New Jerusalem will come down from the heavens. Revelation 20 through 22.

There are many more scriptures to corroborate all of this. Isaiah, Ezekiel, Zachariah, Joel, Hosea, and Jeremiah are key end time books. Meditate on them.

I also want to bring your attention to a little known and recognized book on this subject: The Controversy of Zion, by Dalton Lifsey. Unfortunately this book is out of print. It can be found at online book sellers for $97 or less. It is very detailed and makes the case above by allowing the Bible to interpret itself.

RESURRECTION OF THE DEAD - GOD OF THE LIVING - TRANSFORMATION OF THE BODY

 When we become Hebraic Foundation believers we begin to study and question many things written in the scriptures. As we study and dig deeper into our Hebrew Foundations and the “traditions” of the Pharisees and Sadducees we begin to see, hear, and understand the scriptures with a new found clarity and understanding. Here a few examples.

 Attack By Sadducees - Mark 12.18-27; Matt 22.23-33; Luke 20.27-40

 There are many key differences between Pharisees and Sadducees. Pharisees believed in the resurrection at the coming of the Messiah, Sadducees believed in no resurrection at all. That’s why they were Sad, you see? Ha! Pharisees also believed all of the Tanach/O.T. could be used to formulate doctrine as it was all canon. Sadducees said, no, you can only derive doctrine from the Torah, the first five books of Moses. You could illustrate your doctrine with the other writings, but doctrine must derive from the Torah only. This must be understood when trying to understand the answer Yeshua is going to give to this attack.

 a. The Attack

The Sadducees ask a question from the Torah about keeping the blood line of a brother alive. A woman marries and has no children and her husband dies. He has six brothers who in turn marry her w/o her having children and she eventually dies. Even though Sadducees don’t believe in the resurrection (because they do not see it written in the Torah) they ask Jesus this question--whose wife is she in the resurrection if all seven had her?

b. The Answer

Jesus does not answer this question with Daniel 12.2, Isaiah 26.19, or Job 19.25-26 because they are not in the Torah. His answer is a new interpretation of Torah that witnesses to Daniel and the others--he indicates that the resurrection is not merely an awakening from the dead--but it is a transformation of the body from mortal to immortal. This new body does not reproduce itself--there will be no marriage--they are as the angels in heaven who do not reproduce.

 Yeshua answers with Exodus 3.6 that God is the God of the living: Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. God made promises to each of them that could only be kept later as they did not see the promise come to pass. Abraham knew God was a promise keeper and that if he sacrificed Isaac, God would raise him up from the dead because God had yet to fulfill many promises through Isaac.

 All three of these patriarchs had been promised they and their seed would inherit the land--but none of them had at their deaths. This promise to them individually could only be kept if they were resurrected from the dead! Our God is a promise keeping God! God has a living relationship with the patriarchs and cannot leave them dead in the grave! Contained in the promise to inherit the land is the promise of the resurrection from the dead.

 This was a new interpretation out of the Torah and the people and leaders were astonished at the answer. The Pharisees were impressed as they now had new ammo to throw at the Sadducees and the Sadducees will not ask any more questions of Jesus. He has answered their entrapment question on their terms and at the same time confirmed the rest of the Tanach.

The Trial of Jesus and His Substitution for Bar Abbas

 Barabbas was a robber, insurrectionist, and murderer. He hated the Romans and was involved in harassing them in order to get them out of Palestine. Barabbas is his Hellenized name. The writers of the gospels did not want to confuse the readers. Bar = Son of, and Abba = Father. His name literally means: Servant of Yahweh or Son of the Father.

 His first name was Yeshua = Salvation, son of the Father is the meaning of the name. He had the title--but not the reality. He was the one guilty of serious crimes--not Jesus. This procedure is interrupted briefly when Pilate gets a note from his wife pleading for him to release “this righteous man” of which she had dreams about that very night. This gives the chief priests plenty of time to incite the crowd to demand the release of Bar Abba.

 The next attempt to release Jesus was to have him scourged. There were two types of scourging: Jewish and Roman.

Jewish was 40, save one (39). The Mosaic Law forbade more than forty lashes. The Jews would count 39 and stop in order to not err and give too many lashes. Jewish lashes were short leather that only hurt the person’s back. Painful but not deadly. The Apostle Paul survived five Jewish scourges.

 Roman scourging had no limits on the amount of lashings. The lashes were long leather with a piece of glass or bone on the ends to inflict severe bodily harm. The long leather lashes would wrap around the entire body or face inflicting great harm. Many did not survive--Jesus would have been disfigured by this scourging. This fulfilled Isaiah 52.13-53.12 in that he was maimed and disfigured. He suffered greatly--and had already been pummeled twice before this. Pilate hopes this will satisfy the mob and for the third time says he finds no reason to execute Jesus.

 He then tries to turn Jesus over the chief priests. They then change the sedition charge into Jesus proclaiming he is the Son of God. Pilate speaks to Jesus in private urging him to speak because he can have Jesus executed. Jesus tells Pilate, “All power is delegated from above.” Jesus also tells him those who brought him here will be guilty of greater sin than Pilate.

 Pilate makes a 5^th attempt to release Jesus. He is told if he releases this man that he is no “friend of Caesar.” Pilate responds by moving to the judgment seat in order to pass sentence. Why has this comment caused him to do this?

Pilate was in a difficult position because his good friend, Janus, who was captain of Caesar’s guard, had got him this position. Later Janus was involved in a conspiracy to oust Caesar and proclaim himself as emperor. Pilate would have been under close scrutiny because he was Janus’ friend--he did not want to be accused of treason by releasing a man proclaiming to be a king.

 He makes a final attempt to clear Jesus by bringing him out and proclaiming, “Behold your King!” The crowd responds by saying, “We have no king but Caesar.” Pilate makes no further attempt to release Jesus. He washes his hands in front of the mob saying, “I am innocent of this man’s blood!” The crowd responds, “His blood be on us and our children!”

 Only Matthew mentions this in his gospel--he is the writer focused on the unpardonable sin. Notice they said, “Us and our children.” There is no mention of the 3^rd and 4^th generation. They will receive their wish in 70 A.D. when the temple and Jerusalem are destroyed.

 Pilate and the gentiles are not absolved either. Only Pilate could have Jesus executed--he gave into the mob out of fear. Acts 3 points out his guilt and the Apostle’s Creed. In 36 AD Pilate was disposed and banished to Gaul--he would later commit suicide--he paid his price.

 Jesus is given the death sentence and Yeshua Bar Abba is released. A symbolic substitution takes place--an innocent will die in place of the guilty!

1.      The First Trial Before Pilate - Mark 15.1-5; Matt 27.2, 11-14; Luke 23.1-5; John 18.28-28

2.      The Second Trial Before Pilate - Mark 15.6-15; Matt 27.15-26

 The Conflict Over the Law - John 7.53-8.11

The religious leaders have not been able to catch Jesus violating the Mosaic Law since he’s fulfilling it in full. Jesus, however, is not concerned about whether or not He breaks the oral or Mishnaic Laws. In this section the religious leaders are going to try and get Jesus to contradict the Mosaic Law when they bring a woman accused of adultery before Him in the temple courtyard.(Tabernacles is over, this is the 8^th day, a special holy day called Shemini Atzeret.)

 They bring a woman before Jesus who they accuse of “catching in the very act of adultery.” The law of Moses commands a person “accused” of adultery to be stoned to death (Deut 22.22-24; Lev 20.10). They want to know what Jesus says they should do hoping He will say something that violates Mosaic Law. Jesus stoops down and begins to write with His finger on the ground or dust on the stone pavement of the courtyard. They continue to ask Jesus and as He continues writing on the ground. He tells them, “He who is without sin among you, let him cast the first stone.”

 One by one they begin to leave as Jesus continues writing. He looks up and sees no one there and asks the woman, “Where are they? Did no one condemn you?” She replies, “No”, and Jesus tells her, “Then neither do I, Go and sin no more.”

 In the Greek the emphasis is not on what Jesus is writing on the ground--the emphasis in on His finger. The reason for this is that there are 613 laws in the Mosaic Law of which ten comprise the Ten

Commandments, of which the sin of adultery is one. The Ten Commandments were written on stone tablets by the finger of God (Ex 31.18; 32.15-16; Deut 4.13; 9.10).

The other 603 were written on parchment by a man. The focus on the fingers show Jesus knows all that the Mosaic Law has to say about this sin. He is writing in the dust of the stone pavement with His finger--He knows exactly what the law says.

 There is a lot going on here that is understood only from the Hebraic perspective. First of all if they had really caught this woman in the act of adultery, where is the man that was caught with her? They are lying--they are trying to entrap Jesus. If they are accusing her of adultery they need two or three witnesses to speak against her. No one has spoken up as a witness, they are speaking as a group. Under Mosaic Law the witnesses are required to throw the first stones. Moses also wrote that the witnesses must not be guilty of the same sin (Deut 13 and 17) the accused is accused of!

 Jesus was not telling them if they were perfect they could throw the stones--this is not about judging someone as taught in many sermons--this is about the Mosaic Law. The Mosaic Law did not require a person to be perfect without sin to judge someone--otherwise there would be no executions. If Jesus was telling them they had to be perfect to judge this woman He would have been violating Mosaic Law. He was telling them if none of them had committed this sin themselves they could begin the stoning. They all slinked away. This was an illegal condemnation and not one witness was willing to throw the first stones. The Pharisees won’t try this ploy again--they will only accuse Him of violating Mishnaic Law from now on.

 The Conflict Over the Healing of the Man Born Blind - John 9.1-41

Here we have the sixth of John’s seven signs.

     1. Physical Healing - John 9.1-12

As Jesus passes by they see a man born blind. His disciples ask, “Rabbi, who did sin, this man or his parents that he should be born blind?” Conceivably the parents could have sinned and through a generational curse their son be born blind. However, the second part of the question is one of not understanding how this man could be born blind first and sin be the cause.

 New Agers use this passage to infer that 1^st Century Judaism believed in reincarnation--not true. This is a point of Pharisaic theology. The rabbinic belief was that when a child is conceived they have two inclinations--good and evil. This struggle continues throughout life. In this case the child is born blind because while in the womb the evil inclination took hold, the child kicked the mother’s womb, thereby dishonoring the mother--therefore born blind. In that event anyone born blind will never see until the Messiah comes--another Messianic miracle is needed.

 Jesus says the man did not sin but was born blind for the glory of God to be revealed. Jesus spits on some mud and smears it on the blind man’s eyes. He tells the man to go to the crowded pool of Siloam and wash his eyes. This is an example of Jesus purposely violating Pharisaic Law. It is the Sabbath and Jesus knows it is forbidden by their law not to heal on the Sabbath--there is also a law that says how not to heal a blind man on the Sabbath! You cannot inject wine into their eyes or spit on mud and put it in their eyes! Jesus seems to be enjoying this!

The man washes at the pool and is geographically separated from Jesus--Jesus is not performing public miracles--and the healing creates quite a stir. The people need an answer and they take the man to the Pharisees for an explanation.

  2. The First Interrogation - John 9.13-17

Now the man is being questioned by the Pharisees and they are looking for a loophole in his story. None of his answers satisfy--maybe, they say, he wasn’t born blind. They call for the parents.

   3. The Interrogation of Parents - John 9.18-22

When the parents are interrogated they confirm he is their son and was born blind. They cannot say how their son has been healed--they are afraid of being excommunicated from the synagogue if they appear to believe in Jesus as Messiah. There were three forms of synagogue discipline in those days. A seven day suspension, a 7 to 30 day discipline or suspension, and finally excommunication. Anyone believing in Jesus was being excommunicated by the Pharisees.

   4. The Second Interrogation - John 9.23-34

The parents say the son can speak for himself. They call the man in and tell him to give God the glory, that he is a sinner. The man says all he knows is that he was blind and now I see. He is telling them that he has been taught by them his whole life that he will never see until the Messiah comes--and now he sees, and they are telling him this man is not the Messiah. They should be proclaiming Jesus as the Messiah--explain this to me, please?

They ask the man again and he asks them what they don’t understand--maybe they would like to become Jesus’ disciples. They reviled him. He tells them this is a marvel--nobody has ever heard of a man being born blind and then healed--yet here I am with sight! The Pharisees kick him out of the synagogue.

   5. Spiritual Healing - John 9.35-41

He never saw Jesus so he doesn’t know what Jesus looks like. Jesus finds him and asks him if he believes in the Son of God. The man asks who that would be so he can worship Him. Jesus tells him the one speaking to him is He. The man believes and worships Jesus. For a Jew to worship another Jew was an acceptance of Messiahship.

Jesus proclaims those who cannot see now see, and those who see are blind. The Pharisees ask if they are “blind?” Jesus tells them if they were blind they would have no sin--but because they say they can see their sin remains.

TRUTH IS UNDER VICIOUS ATTACK – WHAT IS TRUTH?

Pilate therefore said unto him, Art thou a king then? Jesus answered, Thou sayest that I AM king. To this end I was born, and for this cause I came into the world, that I should bear witness unto the truth. Every one that is of the truth hears my voice. Pilate said unto him, “What is truth?” And when he had said this, he went out again unto the Jews, and said unto them, I find no fault at all in him. John 18.37-38

 

As I’ve been watching and praying during the attack on Israel by Hamas I realize that it is very difficult to discern the truth as to the events which are occurring in the war and throughout the world during these awful days.

Yeshua said that haSatan has come to steal, kill, and destroy. In my 72 years I’ve never seen such lawlessness throughout the entire world. Wickedness and Evil are rampaging throughout all sectors of society. Civility has ceased. Reason is nowhere to be found. Truth and Justice have been pummeled to dust. Everyone does what they believe is right in their own eyes. None follow God’s Royal Law.

How could Israel been surprised by this latest attack? They have the best security and information gathering operation in the entire world. Yes, it was the last day of Sukkot but it took hours for them to respond. It doesn’t make sense. Many believe this was a false flag operation allowed to happen to draw Russia into the Middle East and start World War Three, Israel’s 9/11.

The governments of this world are not looking out for their constituents but are attempting to establish a One World Order in which they are in complete control. There is nothing they want more than a WAR to eliminate freedom.

These were all conspiracy theories just a decade ago. They are real. Evil is not trying to hide anymore, the wicked are making their plans known. The World Economic Forum publishes everything they plan on doing. The world population is slowly awakening to this. Just look at where America is. Look at the beast government now destroying our country from within. We are at war. The Storm is bearing down upon us. People are beginning to understand this truth.

Pilate asked Yeshua, “What is truth?” He was a hardened politician who had seen the inner workings of the corrupt Roman government. He found no fault in Yeshua.

It is even difficult to find truth within the called out assemblies of Yeshua/Elohim. Everyone has an opinion and understanding of what they believe the Word of God says. Few, I’ve found, who have really studied and allow the WORD to interpret itself.

What is really disturbing is that many will dispute the truth in the word when it is presented to them but they are not able to explain what they believe! I’ve experienced this quite a lot. I know what I believe but when someone I share that with doesn’t agree they cannot convince me differently. They cannot coherently explain their position. So frustrating to me.

What I believe the WORD says is what this blog is about. I didn’t go into my room and pray for 15 minutes, or watch a video for an hour and decide what truth is. It took five years of study, prayer, some basic fasting, and seeking out teachers of the word. Allowing the WORD to interpret itself takes time.

I had many questions and had to find sufficient answers to those questions. A simple example was the Sabbath. I believed it didn’t matter what day was observed as long as a day was observed. Sunday worked fine for me and most of what is called Christianity.

I was challenged on this by those who were beginning to observe Sabbath from a Biblical or Hebrew perspective. They said the Sabbath was on the seventh day, the word itself means 7^th, and that is what God wants His people to observe. You may laugh, but it took me about a year to accept it.

The scriptures say in both the Old and New Testaments that our God never changes. Yeshua didn’t come to change the LAW/TORAH/SCRIPTURES but to fulfill them. Yeshua was from the Tribe of Judah, a Jew. He didn’t come to change the written TORAH. He didn’t come to start a new religion. He came to reveal Himself as Messiah/Mashiach.

Read Matthew 5.17-20. Allow that portion to interpret itself.  In no way does it say we are not under that LAW. It does say that the LAW is to be our Code of Conduct and IS to be taught. Our Savior is Messiah, the Torah our code of conduct. In the Air Force we had to obey and follow a Military Code of Conduct. That is what the Torah is to us.

Do you know how many reject Matthew 5.17-20 out of hand! Yet they will tell me they allow the word to interpret itself!

One day while reading Exodus 31.12-17 it hit me like a bolt of lightning! The Sabbath is a sign between Jehovah and His people for all generations—forever! From that time forward I began to share and teach that. The Holy WORD was interpreting itself.

Understanding that small detail opened up the Scriptures in many amazing ways.

Everyone talks about the Mark of the Beast, but here was ELOHIM’s mark on His people! This in turn opens deeper understanding of the Book of Revelation in many ways. Does this inspire you to search the Scriptures and question anything? Seek and you shall find.

What is Truth? Truth is allowing God’s word to interpret itself. To study like a Berean. To question everything you’ve ever been taught in church or been told. READ and SEEK the word.

I do not have all the answers or truths but I do have a difficult time finding those who truly seek truth and allow the WORD to interpret itself. Allowing the WORD to interpret itself means using the entire Bible Old and New Testaments to determine TRUTH. Sadly, many are offended by many of the things I now consider to be truth.

Yeshua called out the leaders of His time for teaching “the vain traditions of men.” This was not the Torah, but it WAS all the vain traditions and laws they had added to Torah! They changed the LAW to allow them control of the people.

We need to hear the Master’s Voice in all things. This current distress in the world is full of LIES and UNTRUTHS. It is difficult to understand the things that are happening in this time of wickedness. Most of what we are told by media and those in control are lies and mistruths designed to HERD us into their sheep pens.

As difficult as it seems God is in CONTROL. Are we discouraged, down hearted, isolated, frustrated, and distraught? I am often all of these—BUT I look up and soldier on. Nobody said it was going to be easy, but if you desire to hear what Elohim is saying open His training manual and hear what He is saying.

We are not looking for trouble in this current distress. Don’t worry. It will eventually come to us. Therefore endure hardness as a good soldier of Yeshua haMashiach. 2 Timothy 2.3

The prophets often appealed to God asking why the wicked prosper? The best answer I have heard is from a teacher of the scripture, Dr. Stephen Pidgeon. He believes Elohim has allowed them to prosper because on the DAY OFJUDGMENT He will judge them righteously and tell them they had their entire lives to repent but refused. They chose wrong.

It says in Revelation 20.13-15 that everyone at this Throne judgment will be judged according to their works. They chose wrong. They are cast into the Lake of Fire. This is the second death. The wages of sin is DEATH. They had their whole life to choose. They chose DEATH.

Psalm 119 says several times that all His judgments are righteous…they truly are. He judges according to what is written. Yeshua always said, “You have it said, but I say unto you, it is written.” This is how he responded to Satan.

We endure one day at a time. I pray all of us will be strengthened and endure to the end. We are currently occupying until He comes! Look up and stand fast and cling to the truth!

 

SOME THINGS FOLLOWERS OF YESHUA haMashiach NEED TO KNOW IN THESE TRYING TIMES

As I mentioned in my last post I’m praying and seeking understanding of the things which are happening in the world and all around us in the USA. It is very upsetting watching the lawlessness in America and around the world. Yahweh gave us His Torah and the world has rejected it. Lawlessness, quite simply is sin. If the world followed Yahweh’s Law we would be blessed (1 John 2 explains perfectly).

 Elohim said we’d be blessed if we obey and cursed if we don’t obey. Read Deuteronomy 28 and Leviticus 26. This is what this world rejects. The Law of the one true Elohim. Lawlessness is SIN.

Now this is what we need to know during the current crisis. First a very simple review of the past 7 years.

We are at WAR. This war has been developing since the twin towers were hit on 9/11/2001. We’ll use that as the starting point. From that time on our freedoms in America began to be taken away from us with the Homeland Security Act (HSA).

Around this time infiltration of America by foreign terrorists also began. This is what the HSA was supposed to protect us from! The Bush Administration set this all up and then attacked Iraq which in effect made Iran the new Middle East terrorist power. Iran sponsors terrorist as we see in Israel now.

Next came the traitorous Obama Administration. Think about this. John Brennan, Obama, and Valerie Jarret who were a large part of his administration all follow the Muslim faith. They began to quietly allow terrorist cell groups to enter the USA. His administration also began pushing the LGBQ agenda.

Obama had strong support from Hollywood. David Geffen record mogul was a very import supporter. You can  find this out if you seek the truth.

Then President Trump was elected. They never thought it would happen. He immediately began to undo all that Obama had been doing. Listen carefully to President Trump’s inauguration speech:

He was declaring war on the corrupt US government. From day one they hated him. They wouldn’t even attend his inauguration ball. He began rebuilding the economy that Obama said could not be fixed, get used to it. He began building the wall to stop the infiltration. He stopped getting involved in wars and starting wars.

Then the 2020 election was rigged and stolen. All any thinking person has to do is go back and review everything President Trump was saying then and since then until NOW. It should be obvious we are at war with evil corrupt government and traitors—on both sides of the aisle.

Now let’s review what’s been happening and why NOW.

The corrupt regime now in control in Washington DC has destroyed our economy, opened our borders, pushed the trans-agenda, turned the government into a leftist cesspool, and abated our enemies in three short years. They have sped up the Obama plan.

Mr. Obama is quietly working through Mr. Biden to bring this to fruition quickly. They realize how far back the Trump administration set the plan back.

Remember our withdrawal from Afghanistan? All the military equipment that Biden left there is now being used against Israel. Yes, the Hamas terrorists are using those weapons.

Have you noticed there is very little reporting on the Ukraine war? Have you noticed there are very few videos of the fighting in Ukraine? Why? Because Ukraine is done. You’re just not hearing it from the main-stream media. Ukraine is an incredibly corrupt Nazi regime.

All that money and arms we send them where is it going? Yeah, much of that equipment is also showing up in the war in Israel. In addition, money has been laundered and returned to the corrupt swamp creatures in DC. We are being had! Zelensky demanded America send her sons and daughters to die for Ukraine. Are you kidding me? What arrogance!  

Have you noticed the protests by Palestinian supporters in major cities around the world? New York, Chicago, Seattle, London, Australia. These are not small gatherings. How did all these people get there? Go back to what I said about the Obama Administration and our current border invasion. This has been going on for the past 20 years. War is going to unleashed on the American public from terrorist cell groups in the soon future. This is very concerning. Tell your representatives to close the border! This should concern everyone.

The Biden/Obama admin sent $6 billion dollars to Iran in September. That sure helped the terrorists launch thousands of rockets into Israel and fund the murderous sneak attack on October 7. Don’t kid yourself our corrupt administration sent it there for a reason. It may be in a bank account for another purpose, but that money can be borrowed from another bank and used as collateral.

You know, Gaza was a peaceful place when Israel handed it over to the PLO. Then the Hamas took it over. Israel gave it as a gesture of peace. Hamas said thank you very much now we will continue our war to wipe you off the face of the earth!

Do you know Egypt will not allow any Gaza residents into their country? Do you know that Palestinians are not hostages? No Arab country allows immigration. They want this cancer to exist to destroy God’s chosen people.

Guess who created Hamas? The USA. As a thwart to the PLO. Unbelievable. Corrupt, evil.

I always think of the words of Golda Meir who said, “When our enemies love their children more than they hate us there will be peace.” Terrorists sacrifice their children to death. They use them as shields. They teach them to hate Israel.

As believers in Yeshua and the one ecad Elohim we need to understand the times (1 Chron 12.32). We need to avoid sticking our heads in the sand and ignoring these things.

I urge everyone to seek Him out and pray for guidance, understanding, and direction. We are at war with evil and corrupt governments and organizations (WEF) who wish to wipe out Elohim’s people in Israel and throughout the world. We look to God for help!

Yeshua told us that haSatan comes to steal, kill, and destroy. That spirit has risen up because God’s people have been sleeping. What I’ve presented here has been described very simply. Many believers I know don’t dig deep enough to really understand the war we are in. I can’t tell anyone what they are supposed to do except to go to Him and ask for direction. Evil is coming our way. None of us really knows how we will react when it comes to our door—but we seek Him now to guide us then.

He told us to “occupy until I come.” Let’s begin by occupying our designated area. It’s not about bugging out—it’s about standing fast. It’s good to prep but don’t count on bugging out. Some may bug out and that’s ok, but stand fast and occupy.

My approach is to be aware, prepare, pray, seek, and get through one day at a time. There is only so much we can do at this time. We cry out daily for His guidance and blessing.

The Apostle Paul told Timothy to “Endure hardness with us like a good soldier of Yeshua.” There is no better advice.

There are Patriots in our government that need our support. One man has been pointing out all of this to us—listen to that inauguration speech. You may not “like the way he talks” but you need to hear what he is saying. That is why our Elohim has put him there.

Finally, if you think you are going to be “raptured out” you are not hearing what the Bible is telling us. Search this blog for those posts which explain this.

Many say “Oh God loves us and we need to be all inclusive.” Yes, God does love us very much. Those who say that forget one thing: God hates SIN and His assemblies are full of Sin because they say, “We are not under the Law.” Better read Matt 5.17-20 again. Think about that.

The truth is each one of us has a personal relationship with our Elohim and Messiah. It’s all based upon our individual obedience and relationship with Him. Some may be martyrs, some may be in a hidden place, and some will be in the world arena speaking the message. That’s what the Bible and our master has told us. Develop a close personal relationship with Him. Only you know where you stand with Him.

Be blessed it’s not over yet. The end is not yet. It comes, but not yet. The “called out bride” is being made perfect through trial and tribulation. We will meet Him in the air at His coming—that is the end. No secret rapture. If you understand the Feasts of the Lord you understand!

Israel is taking a powerful response to the surprise attack. They are saying they will change the Middle East as they are destroying Gaza. The prophetic words of ancient prophets may begin to be fulfilled.

BREAKING: ISRAEL AT WAR – SURPRISE SHABBAT ATTACK

Early this morning Hamas attacked the nation of Israel during their Shabbat. Terrorists came flooding over the borders in the south at Sderot and at Metulla in the north.

The terrorists are murdering innocent women and children in the towns they are attacking. Some are being taken as hostages. The situation is extremely urgent. As of 12:25 PM as I write this the IDF has begun to respond to these attacks.

Some terrorists floated in on hang gliders. Israel was taken totally by surprise.

Surrounding Arab nations are celebrating and threatening to join in the attack.

In September the Biden Administration released Six Billion dollars to Iran…they are celebrating now as they are funding the terrorists.

It is quite possible this may escalate into the Psalm 83 War prophesied in the Bible:

Let us pray for the people and nation of Israel at this very serious time. This appears to be the worst attack I’ve seen against Israel. They were completely surprised. The early brutality against innocent citizens is worse than the Yom Kippur war in 1973.

We will watch carefully as this war continues. Peace has never been achieved in our time. Only the return of Yeshua will put an end to this. This could be a deadly war that ushers in the 7 year peace agreement. I’m not jumping to any conclusions…Let’s watch and pray. Many things could result from this horrific attack. For now watch and pray!
