THE COMING BLOOD MOONS

The major topic in prophecy this year is the lunar tetrads which will appear in the heavens in 2014 and 2015. These blood moons will appear at Passover and Tabernacles on the Hebrew calendar in both 2014 and 2015. 

SOURCES
Every prophecy site is, or will be, discussing this topic as we move into 2014. I feel that the Lord has given me some insight into what it all means and I’d like to share that with you. He has shown me several pieces of the puzzle and put them together for me from several sources. My five sources or witnesses are: 1. Pastor Mark Biltz (El Shaddai Ministries) who was the first to see the event after researching on the NASA site and overlaying the Hebrew calendar on the celestial events. 2. Eschatology charts I found on the web. 3. Jonathan Cahn's revelation "The Harbinger" 4. E.W. Bullinger's "The Gospel Witness in the Stars". 5. Research, reading, and praying for understanding.

At this time I'd like to think of this as a pray and watch situation. Yeshua told us to watch and pray. We have a three year window to watch these events play out. I will point out some interesting parallels with the Jews, believers in Yeshua, and the seriousness of the coming three years. At this time we should closely watch the peace process currently under way and unfolding in Jerusalem.

CURRENT EVENTS
Events currently happening in the world are going to set the stage for events these moons portend. Among current events that will contribute is the out of control debt of the United States and Europe, and a coming new world currency that will replace the US dollar in world trade and settlement. First let’s dissect the lunar and solar events.

BLOOD MOONS AND JEWISH WRITINGS
In Jewish culture and their ancient writings there is a blessing for eveything that brings us a benefit. Therefore, if there is no blessing for a significant event, this indicates there is no benefit. There is no blessing or "bracha" for an eclipse. The Hebrew term for eclipse is "Likui" or defect. The Talmud says that a Likui of the Sun is an omenous sign for the world, a lunar Likui is an ominous sign for Israel. Therefore there is no blessing for these events.

In Jewish writings the moon is associated with the children of Israel. Like Israel, and like believers in Yeshua, we wax and wane in our walk. The moon reflects the light of the sun, so too is the Jewish nation (and believers in Yeshua), meant to reflect Yehovah's glory. We are to be a "light to the nations" a reflection of Yeshua.

Just as the moon waxes and wanes, so we go through stages of difficulties and testings with the knowledge that we are to be overcomers. It interesting that in Hebrew thought the rabbis believe that for a certain time the Jewish people must endure the darkness of exile (Jacob‘s Trouble). The shining of the moon anew each month reassures them of the coming utlimate rebirth, or redemption of Israel. Just as we look to Yeshua for our redemption. Isn't that amazing!

So we can say the moon = Israel (remember we are grafted into the commonwealth of Israel, Eph 2.10-3.7; Rom 11). An eclipse of the moon during these end time feasts then would be a warning to Israel, the church, and the nations.

MEANING OF RED
The color red comes from the Hebrew word "adom" the original meaning "red arable ground". Red typifies war, murder, and blood-thirstiness. Many Dictators throughout history and today establish their power on murder and blood-thirstiness. Many of those under Hasatan's power operate this way. Israel's enemies fit this description. The color red is often associated with sin and impurity. Isaiah 1:18 Come now, and let us reason together, saith Yehovah: though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they be red like crimson, they shall be as wool. In Jewish thought the color red in not to be worn, as it was the color that harlots wore.

THE HARBINGER I will use the book by Jonathan Cahn as a foundation for putting the pieces of this puzzle together. It is also important to have a basic understanding of the Hebrew calendar--It is important to start learning about the calendar.


BLESSING OR CURSE - LEV 26.21; 24,28
In Leviticus 26.21, 24, 28 the nation whose God is the Lord is warned that they can walk in blessing or cursing. They must obey to be blessed, they will be punished if rebellious. Three times in Leviticus they are told they will be punished 7 times more if they disobey. Three times 7 = 21.

COMET STRIKES ON JUPITER  In 1994 the comet Shoemaker-Levy broke into 21 pieces and all 21 pieces struck the planet Jupiter. In Hebrew the planet Jupiter is called "Righteousness" or Tzedek. This celestial event was a sign in the heavens (Gen 1.14) that God is going to righteously judge the nations prior to the return of Yeshua. The event occurred during the week of the 9^th of Av on the Hebrew calendar. The 9th of Av on the Hebrew calendar is when Nebuchadnezzar broke the walls of Jerusalem and the Jews went captive. It is a time of judgment throughout the ages for the Jewish people--many terrible things have happened on the 9th of AV including the destruction of the temple in 70 AD and the Spanish Inquisition in 1492.

These 21 pieces of the comet striking Jupiter were a warning of coming judgments on the nations if they refuse to repent. It was a sign that warned of judgment 3 times in the next 21 years, during the Shemitta year of each 7th year cycle. The shemitta year is the seventh year when debt is forgiven and land is returned. It is a year of mercy and redemption--but if un-adhered to it becomes a judgment. The Southern Kingdom of Judah was taken captive because they did not keep the Shemitta or Sabbath years. Research Daniel and Jeremiah to confirm.

Three X’s 7 = 21, exactly the number of pieces which hit righteous Jupiter. This celestial event was a sign in the heavens (Gen 1.14). The year 1994 was also a "Shemitta" year if we use the Harbinger for calculating the Shemitta year. I will explain.

What happened in 1994 was a shemitta year on the Hebrew calendar (using the Harbinger). Seven years from 1994, in the year 2001, during the time on the Hebrew calendar of the fall Feasts of Trumpets, Day of Atonement, and Tabernacles the twin towers were struck by the planes. It was a judgment on America's financial system as the towers were "world trade" centers. We all know what happened.

Then in Sept 2008, during the same time of the fall Feasts of Trumpets, Day of Atonement, and Tabernacles, we experienced the financial collapse of Lehman Brothers and the bailouts of the banks--a forgiveness of debt--that was paid off by the working man to save the system. Our economy has not recovered from that event. The NYSE fell 777 points during that event and was closed for a week.

Has Wall St. cleaned up their act? Has anything changed. The Federal reserve continues to print money and debase the dollar. A fallout from this money printing was the "Arab Spring" in Egypt, Libya, Tuninsia, and now Syria. A devalued dollar has major effects on poor nations. Most Egyptians live on about $4 a day. When US debases the dollar it has a major effect on foreign economies because the dollar is the world reserve currency. It is used in trade and settlement worldwide.

We are now approaching the third shemitta period which will occur from Tabernacles 2014 (Oct 8, 2014) thru Tabernacles 2015 (Sept 28, 2015). That year will be the Shemitta year of the 7 year cycle from Tabernacles 2008 to Oct 8, 2014. What then do these blood moons portend?


REVIEW In review: 1994: A warning as the comet pieces hit Jupiter. 2001 Shemitta: the twin towers and attack on America's financial system. 2008 Shemitta: the collapse of Lehman Bros and the beginning of the current recession and the debasement of the US dollar. 2015: The final judgment looms: the sun turning black and the moon into blood.


TIME FRAME OF BLOOD MOONS The signs in the heavens of these lunar and solar eclipses will occur between Passover (Apr 15, 2014) thru Tabernacles (Sept 28, 2015) an 18 month period. These signs in the heavens could be heralding prophetic events occurring on God’s calendar. The last time there was a lunar tetrad was 1949/50 Establishment of Israel and 1967/68 the Arab-Israeli 6 Day War.  

OBSERVATIONS: During this period there will be 3 partial and 1 Total Solar Eclipses that accompany the 4 Blood Moons.
Yeshua said that when His return was at hand , the moon would turn red as blood and the sun would turn black as sackcloth. These celestial events could then be warning signs of forthcoming prophetical world events. I am making no prediction as to the time of His return. These signs are most likely a warning for things to come in the near future.

 
WHAT THESE SIGNS MAY PORTEND
The prophets of the Old Testament were all very aware of the political, social, and financial events of the times in which they prophesied. Their warnings to the nation were based on an awareness of the geo-political situation and the spiritual condition of the nation in regards to God. This is the spirit in which I try to interpret what is going to occur.

These solar and lunar events in the recent past have been connected to important events and war in Israel. These signs may be a portend of war in Israel within the next 2 years. We should watch closely the state of the current peace talks being conducted by US Secretary of State John Kerry. These talks are occurring now as we approach the first blood moon of Passover. The results of these talks may lead to war.

If the financial pattern of 2001 and 2008, as revealed in the Harbinger continues, we may see some serious economic events during the time between Tabernacles 2014 (Oct 8, 2014) thru Tabernacles 2015 (Sept 28, 2015). Financially there are things taking place internationally that will bring about a new financial order--and the USA will not be leading this new order. This may start as the dollar being devalued by 30 to 50% in the next two years. Our spending power would be diminished by this and inflation. Unrest in the streets is coming. We will have to be prepared for a much simpler lifestyle. Expect a new world currency to be used in trade and settlement on a global scale.

Israel is being isolated and pressed into a peace treaty that will only do them harm. They are being pressed to take unilateral action against Iran's nuclear program. The world wants to divide Jerusalem and give East Jerusalem to the Palestinians. All of these things are prophesied in scripture--they are going to happen one way or another before Yeshua returns. 

We need to seek the Lord's direction on how to pray as these events unfold before us. How are we to intercede? What should we focus on? This is a time for us to prepare mentally and spiritually before the Lord. I believe events will be foundational as a NWO (New World Order) is ushered in. Once the new order is established the foundation for the AntiChrist will be layed.

SUMMARY
I follow current events and do a lot of research. Based on this studyy I sense in my spirit--the Lord doesn't speak to me in dreams and visions--that these things are coming between now and 2016:

1. A peace treaty that is harmful to Israel

2. War in the Middle-East as Israel is pressed on by the world

3. A new financial world order that isolates the United States in trade and settlement

4. A devaluation of the US dollar and high domestic inflation

5. The end of US dollar as the World’s Reserve Currency

6. A new world currency backed by GOLD

7. Extremely difficult times financially in the United States and Europe
These events will not be the end of the age or the return of the Lord. They will lay the foundation for the establishment of a new world financial order and the coming of the Anti-Christ in the years to follow. We need to watch and pray that 2014 and 2015 play out according to the Lord's agenda. At the same time we need to ask the Lord how each of us can prepare mentally, physically, and spiritually as these events play out on the world stage.
