GOD’S ETERNAL LAW - TORAH

God institutes law. The Torah. He gives us His law and way of doing things. If we follow we are blessed and experience true joy and happiness along the way. During difficulties we are comforted. If we follow His laws and walk in His ways we have an all around healthy and blessed existence.
Deut 28 and Leviticus 26 contain blessings and curses. It is up to man to obey or disobey. Blessing from obedience and curses for disobedience. Man’s reaction to God’s laws release either blessing or curse. If we choose poorly our lives will reflect that choice. These are spiritual laws that operate throughout the universe.

God does not sit upon His throne waiting to “punish” mankind. The law is established. If it is broken, eventually the price for breaking the law is paid in one way or another. God is not vindictive. He allows us to make the choice. The law is spiritual and eternal. Man chooses life or death. The law is always operating spiritually. In the course of time the law will either bring blessing or curse upon the individual or the nation.

If men refuse to believe in God and His law, then in time, the law will achieve its predicted end in our lives. We can rebel and disbelieve but--the result is blessing or curse. Man chooses--the law releases either blessing or curse. This is an eternal truth and it will always operate in the way it has been established.

If man chooses perversion and apostasy, then in time that nation or group will experience a release of curses. Man is responsible for living morally or choosing immorality. The choice releases the blessing or curse. Doesn’t matter if men believe in God or not--the result will always be the same. We choose life or death. There will be a final reckoning or judgment of all that man does. This is God's law.

God is slow to judgment and quick to show mercy. It all depends on man’s attitude. These are eternal and spiritual laws. Some call them natural law. It is the same thing. There is a right way of living. Once man chooses to totally rebel and disobey his mind can become so reprobate that it is near impossible for him to change. That is not God’s fault. Man chooses. God did not create robots--we have a choice. We have free will.

When nations become wicked and perverse the end result will be decay and collapse. This is the way of the universe, the laws of God. No one can escape this. This is the way it is. God is just. He demands justice. Defy God for too long and justice happens. It is the eternal law of YHVH.

Yeshua (Jesus Christ) came to show us the blessings of following God's law (Torah). He lived it out each day of His life. He can show you the way.
