There is rage around the world today after President Trump announced that the US would recognize Jerusalem as the capital of Israel. The rage has spread around the world in a well organized protest against Israel and the Jewish people. See the pictures in the link below:

My heart is truly broken today to see how vicious the hatred is toward a nation about as large as New Jersey. Don't get me wrong. I also feel for the Palestinian people who have been used as a political tool in all of this for 70 years.
Yahweh loves all people and He has a plan for blessing the Palestinian people. That plan, however, is not based on hatred toward the Jewish people or state. It is based on love.
The great Jewish statesperson, Golda Meir once said that there would only be peace in the Middle East when the Arab peoples loved their children more than they hate the Jews. This situation could be solved with love--but there is no love in the political arena.
Sad to say but it is a FACT that the Palestinian leadership only desires to destroy and wipe the Jewish people and state off the face of the earth. Only a fool turns his or her face from this fact.
The Palestinians train their children to hate and to kill Jews. They also teach that some day there will
be no Jewish state. They teach that only a state called Palestine will be in the geographical location of what is now called Israel. This is fact. It is information that can be found on the internet with a few strokes of the mouse.
Only Yahweh, the God of the Universe is going to be able to heal this sore wound in the holiest of lands. He speaks clearly and softly in the 12th chapter of the Book of Zechariah in the Bible.
The burden of the word of the Lord for Israel, saith the Lord, which stretcheth forth the heavens, and layeth the foundation of the earth, and formeth the spirit of man within him.
2 Behold, I will make Jerusalem a cup of trembling unto all the people round about, when they shall be in the siege both against Judah and against Jerusalem.3 And in that day will I make Jerusalem a burdensome stone for all people: all that burden themselves with it shall be cut in pieces, though all the people of the earth be gathered together against it.
God clearly says in verse one who He is--the Creator. Jerusalem is going to be a cup of trembling unto all the people--a burdensome stone for all the people gathered against it. These words were written more than 2,500 years ago!
The God of the Universe has decreed that Jerusalem is His capital and that the Jewish people are His people. There is nothing that can change God's word. It is eternal. The world is raging not only against Jerusalem and God's people--the world is raging against God's word.
4 In that day, saith the Lord, I will smite every horse with astonishment, and his rider with madness: and I will open mine eyes upon the house of Judah, and will smite every horse of the people with blindness.
5 And the governors of Judah shall say in their heart, The inhabitants of Jerusalem shall be my strength in the Lord of hosts their God.
6 In that day will I make the governors of Judah like an hearth of fire among the wood, and like a torch of fire in a sheaf; and they shall devour all the people round about, on the right hand and on the left: and Jerusalem shall be inhabited again in her own place, even in Jerusalem.
7 The Lord also shall save the tents of Judah first, that the glory of the house of David and the glory of the inhabitants of Jerusalem do not magnify themselves against Judah.
It can't be much clearer. God wants Jerusalem to be the capital of Israel. He wants the people he has chosen, Judah, to rule there. The world is rebelling against God. The world is raging against the eternal Royal Law of Yahweh. That is a fact.
8 In that day shall the Lord defend the inhabitants of Jerusalem; and he that is feeble among them at that day shall be as David; and the house of David shall be as God, as the angel of the Lord before them.9 And it shall come to pass in that day, that I will seek to destroy all the nations that come against Jerusalem.
God is not mincing His words. He means what He says and says what He means. The world refuses to accept God's judgment in this issue. The world wants to destroy Israel plain and simple.
10 And I will pour upon the house of David, and upon the inhabitants of Jerusalem, the spirit of grace and of supplications: and they shall look upon me whom they have pierced, and they shall mourn for him, as one mourneth for his only son, and shall be in bitterness for him, as one that is in bitterness for his firstborn.
11 In that day shall there be a great mourning in Jerusalem, as the mourning of Hadadrimmon in the valley of Megiddon.This is an incredible prophetic word given 2,500 years ago. The Jewish people will be so pressed upon by their enemies that they will cry out for their Messiah. They will find that the Messiah is the one that they rejected more than 2,000 years ago--Jesus Christ!
The will look upon him who they pierced and mourn for him. Amazing. The nations are raging but God is watching. He will allow mankind to see for themselves the wickedness and hatred deep in the human heart against him. He will take action at the appointed time--not before. Blood is going to have to flow.
Does that not break you heart? Does that not make you sick? Does this not bring tears to your eyes?
The Almighty Eternal One will weep as his creation rages against his word and His person.
Why? Because the world that he created is rebelling against Him and Him alone. But--at the end He will have mercy on this pitiful world.
the land shall mourn, every family apart; the family of the house of David apart, and their wives apart; the family of the house of Nathan apart, and their wives apart;
13 The family of the house of Levi apart, and their wives apart; the family of Shimei apart, and their wives apart;
14 All the families that remain, every family apart, and their wives apart.
There will be great mourning and weeping prior to the great day of the Lord. Men will weep bitterly and repent. This world and its inhabitants will have to learn the hard way. Before we destroy ourselves completely the Messiah is coming to save us. To save us from ourselves.
Then there will be a new world--the world of tomorrow. A world of true peace and justice united by one King. A just, loving, righteous King. A King the world hates today--but just wait until tomorrow.
Come quickly Lord Jesus!
