PRESIDENT TRUMP DECLARES JERUSALEM THE ETERNAL CAPITAL OF ISRAEL – EMBASSY TO BE RELOCATED THERE

The burden of the word of the Lord for Israel, saith the Lord, which stretcheth forth the heavens, and layeth the foundation of the earth, and formeth the spirit of man within him. Behold, I will make Jerusalem a cup of trembling unto all the people round about, when they shall be in the siege both against Judah and against Jerusalem. And in that day will I make Jerusalem a burdensome stone for all people: all that burden themselves with it shall be cut in pieces, though all the people of the earth be gathered together against it.                Zechariah 12.1-3

President Trump announced today that the U.S. would recognize Jerusalem as the eternal capital of Israel and that the U.S. Embassy would be relocated there soon. There is so much more to this story it is difficult to know where to begin. Since this is a blog I will try to condense the information, provide links, and allow the reader to put the pieces together.

It appears that the Saudi’s have planned along with President Trump to bring this about. It most likely goes back to Mr. Trump’s visit earlier in the year to Saudi Arabia. The Saudi’s are doing everything they can to maintain their position as the leader and keeper of Muslim Holy sites.

All Muslims are required to go to Saudi Arabia at least once in their life time to visit the shrine at Mecca. The Saudi’s fear Iran wants to destroy them and eventually control these holy sites. They have made a deal with President Trump to support this initiative in exchange for U.S. protection from Iran.

Regional officials told the Times they believe the 32-year-old Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman might be willing to try to force a settlement on Palestinians in order to garner Israeli cooperation in a potential upcoming war against Iran.

This move is causing great concern and disruption throughout the Arab world. Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan is calling a summit of the main pan-Islamic body in Istanbul on December 13 to discuss the expected US move to recognize Jerusalem as Israel's capital, his spokesman said on Wednesday.
I believe President Trump desires to be the man who brokers the ultimate deal—peace in the Middle East. President Trump’s son-in-law, Jared Kushner is the chief broker in this peace deal. He has many contacts in Israel and the Muslim world.
Mr. Kushner is a member of the Chabad religious movement headquartered in Crown Heights Brooklyn, N.Y.
From a Biblical prophecy view point all of this is quite interesting. God certainly has a hand in all that is going on here. His ways are above our ways. We need to watch and pray for understanding. The current events are leading to the eventual return of our Lord and Savior Jesus the Messiah.
As readers of the blog know I’ve been prayerfully watching both Russian and Chinese developments in world trade and finance. The actions of these two nations will also contribute to end time world events as they begin to arise both militarily and economically.
Below are some links to current events:

Back in 2009 the Lord began to lead me into an understanding of the world financial system and end time events. He told me to research and gather as many pieces to the puzzle as possible and He would put them together for me.
I am not an expert on world events, but I believe the Lord has given me an understanding of what is going on that helps me to understand Biblical prophecy.
I believe President Trump is being used by God to set up the world for the second coming of Yeshua. President Trump is far from perfect, but God chooses whom He wants to accomplish His will on the earth.
President Trump’s “America First” stance is really prophetic. He realizes that America cannot stop the rise of Russia and China. They are powers to be reckoned with. The old policies of the U.S. dominating the world through military might are over. The old guard in the U.S. does not want to admit this and are still working against Mr. Trump.
President Obama passed sanctions against Russia the week prior to Mr. Trump’s inauguration. Mr. Obama also passed resolutions against Israel that said much of the territory in Jerusalem did not belong to the Jewish people. Mr. Obama did everything in his power to thwart President Trump’s incoming administration on these very issues. Many of them still plaguing the Trump administration: http://www.cnn.com/2016/12/30/politics/barack-obama-last-minute-final-actions-donald-trump/index.html
The world as we know it is on the precipice of great changes. The U.S. will not be the lead player as in the past. I believe President Trump understands this and is trying to position America in the best possible position to be able to influence coming events.
“America First” is his attempt at protecting the U.S. in a world where the U.S. in no longer the dominate player in world events. We will have to learn how to compromise and no longer be able to control world events to our advantage.
It is very difficult for many in the U.S. departments of state to accept these realities. They are still trying to lead us into war. It would be much better to learn how to cooperate with the Russians and Chinese than to surround them with our military and try to force them to follow our will. That will only lead to destruction in today’s world.
All these events are leading to war in the Middle East and the eventual division of Jerusalem!
Behold, the day of the Lord cometh, and thy spoil shall be divided in the midst of thee. For I will gather all nations against Jerusalem to battle; and the city shall be taken, and the houses rifled, and the women ravished; and half of the city shall go forth into captivity, and the residue of the people shall not be cut off from the city. Then shall the Lord go forth, and fight against those nations, as when he fought in the day of battle. Zechariah 14.1-3
For now we will watch and pray as a new peace plan is developed for Israel, Jerusalem, and the Palestinian peoples.
But of the times and the seasons, brethren, ye have no need that I write unto you. For yourselves know perfectly that the day of the Lord so cometh as a thief in the night. For when they shall say, Peace and safety; then sudden destruction cometh upon them, as travail upon a woman with child; and they shall not escape. But ye, brethren, are not in darkness, that that day should overtake you as a thief. Ye are all the children of light, and the children of the day: we are not of the night, nor of darkness. 1 Thessalonians 5.1-4
