WAKE UP AMERICA

Will America ever wake up? The crises in Ukraine is a perfect example. There is nothing America can do other than protest the Russian actions. We cannot put boots on the ground so far from home.

The current administration has been cutting our military to shreds. We are addicted to debt as we run up unprecedented deficits. The dollar is being debased at home and abroad. Americans have no interest in anything but entertainment. Our sins have turned us into "silly doves".

We threaten Russia with economic sanctions and Putin laughs. Russia controls a large percentage of the energy that flows to Europe. Our threats of sanctions is a joke. Putin will just cut off the flow of energy to Europe. Do you think Europe is going to back up our economic sanctions under those conditions? Our hands are effectively tied. America is no longer a power to be feared. We still have a formidable military but it is logistically compromised.

Our economy and debt prohibit us from taking strong action. Internationally the dollar is under attack. Russia and China have been hoarding gold for many years as they prepare for a new world currency to replace the dollar. The Ukraine situation could cause them to take action against the dollar by pushing for the new currency sooner rather than later.

The nations of the world are tired of America manipulating their economies through the Federal Reserve's debasing of the dollar through QE and tapering. Our sanctions on Iran failed to produce results. Iran made trade deals with Russia, China, and India to trade oil for gold. They totally circumvented the use of the US dollar. This led to various trade agreements between China, Europe, and Latin America to use the Chinese Yuan in place of the dollar in trade.

Most Americans are unaware of these things which are taking place internationally. Our long time oil partner, Saudi Arabia, is also turning their back on us. They have been making trade agreements with China to use the Yuan or gold in place of the dollar. The Saudi's have also signed an agreement with China to build an oil refinery that will ship oil to China exclusively. In the next three years these things are going to have a profound affect on America. American’s will be shocked because they don’t understand what is happening.

In Leviticus 26 and Dueteronomy 28 the Lord lists the blessings and curses that come upon a nation based on whether or not that nation is obedient to God and His commands. Our nation is in a dangerous place due to our turning away from God. Read the first four chapters of Isaiah and you will see a picture of current day America.

It is important for us as God's people to understand that God is warning our nation to turn back to Him or we are going to lose our blessings and place of prominence in the world. There will be a time of revival in our country but it will happen in the midst of God's chastisement on America. It is going to happen as America is humbled on the world scene. Because we are not turning to God as a nation now this revival must take place in the difficult times ahead.

God is preparing a people who will be able to respond in these difficult days. He is preparing us to be able to reach out and explain to people what is happening and why. He is preparing us to be able to speak His word in the time of trouble to comfort and lead many to repentance.

Now is the time for us to yield to the working of the Spirit in our daily lives. We need to seek the Lord and yield to His wisdom and daily dealings with us. If you have been reading this blog you should have an understanding of how and why God chastises us. This is His way of working His character into us. We are being prepared for the difficult days ahead. Now is the time of salvation--now is the time to yield and obey. Those who have ears to hear will understand.
