CHINA’S VISION OF THE NEW WORLD ORDER
China envisions herself as a
world economic power. She has a 5,000 year history and has since ancient times
considered herself to be the center of the world. Her world was so vast that
they weren’t aware of the outside world! It wasn’t until the industrial revolution
in Britain and Britain’s rise as a world empire that China really became fully
aware that there was another world out there.
Without going into Chinese
history I’ll just skip to our age. China has surpassed the United States as the
world’s largest economy. They have over a billion people compared to the 300
million in the United States--they have a huge economy. They also have a huge
infrastructure to build within their country. They are no longer a backward
sleeping giant but have risen to becoming a world power.
Their vision as a nation is
to become the world’s leading economic power. Their vision is to supply the
world with manufactured goods and technology. They are moving towards that
goal. Not only would they supply the world but they want to produce the goods
that are desired by their own population. To that end they are building
companies that will produce goods such as autos, refrigeration systems, home
goods, etc. In this they are well on their way.
America has depended on China
for inexpensive goods and our wealth has headed east since the 1970’s. China
holds vast amounts of US dollars. We are completely indebted to China. If they
stop buying US dollar denominated securities the U.S. will collapse and be
unable to finance the current 18 trillion dollar national debt (not counting
trillions more that are not added into that figure).
To become the world economic
power China needs energy--lots of it. As mentioned in the last post they have
concluded two 400 billion dollar energy delivery contracts with their northern
partner Russia. That’s just the tip of the iceberg. China is aggressively
making energy deals with Brazil, Africa, Iran, and Canada just to name a few.
They are partnering with
Saudi Arabia on building a giant oil refinery on Saudi’s west coast. They are
going to build it and run it for the next 50 years. The Chinese are buying oil
companies and other important businesses in all corners of the world in order
to be able to meet the future needs of their colossal population. They have a
100 year plan to accomplish all of this--they are not just looking ahead for
the next four years as American politicians do.
Both China and Russia have
become quite close during the past decade. They are learning to depend on each
other to achieve their long range goals. They believe in a multi-polar world
where trade is they key to success, wealth, and peace. They do want to control
the world militarily. Yes, they are both creating strong militaries, but that
is to counter what they view as American interference in their sphere of the
world.
“Every battle is won before
it is ever fought.” says Sun Tzu’s Art of War written in the sixth century. It
is an excellent primer on eastern strategy with application to wars, business
and economics. Sun Tzu says, “know that to fight and conquer in all your
battles is not supreme excellence”. It is better to conquer without fighting or
destroying your enemy. To win, it is best to take over your enemy (or
institution) than to destroy them.
I believe at heart both
Russia and China prefer this way. They are not afraid to go to war but would
prefer to conquer economically. They are moving in that direction in a powerful
way. I pray America doesn’t start a war in reaction to the humbling economic
collapse that is coming to the nation.
Unfortunately this is true.
American policy is called “Total Spectrum Dominance” and it is based on
frustrating any moves that China and Russia make in their sphere of the world.
America’s policy is to surround Russia and China with military outposts and
economic dominance. Those days and that world order are rapidly coming to an
end whether or not America likes it. War has often been the result of a change
in the world order. Will America take a peaceful approach or react in spite?
A new world order is on the
horizon and it is going to be led by Russia, China, and Germany. They are the
current economic giants. They are making economic deals and military treaties
among themselves as America is fading in these areas. America cannot keep up
due to the huge deficits that have been piling up since Nixon took the dollar
off the gold standard. The winds of change are a blowin’.
You may not like it or agree
with me but that’s the way it is. Change is coming in the form of a new world
order and currency based on gold and spearheaded by Russia and China. Both
Russia and China have long range vision on what they want to achieve in the
world. First and foremost they, and many other countries, do not want to be
dictated to by the United States on economic policy and banking.
The coming world trade
currency will be backed by a percentage of gold. China and Russia have been
buying massive amounts of gold for the past decade in preparation for this
event. America has been printing worthless paper dollars and pushing the gold
price down while Russia and China buy gold by the ton. The current order will
soon be up. Russia and China may be the kings of the east as spoken of in
Daniel 11.44. Keep this in mind as we continue the series.
Next: Germany and The
European Union
